Just went in and this store looks like it’s about to close as far as how the shelves look. I was looking at an “at home drug test kit” online that was $13.99 on the rite aid website. I asked if they’d match the price and the manager said no. The store wants $18.99 for it. I can do a 1 hour pickup at this store for the $13.99 price at no extra charge. I never go to this store so I think I’ll just go to CVS… I understand that the store price is what it is but I think a discounted sale is way better than no sale. I will say the store was very clean and the cashier was very friendly though.

Their pharmacist (Liz?) and pharmacy staff provide outstanding customer service. They have been incredibly helpful on multiple occasions. Best pharmacy experience in the area.

Used to love going to this location. But now everytime I go, the shelves are empty, and the staff tells me that they're "restructuring". This has been going on for Months now.

So I recently totally miss judged this Riteaid. A total miss understanding on my part. I have had nothing but good experiences since. The staff is hard working and accommodating. This Riteaid will continue to be my family pharmacy!

Awesome experience, I know they have had their problems in the past trying to survive in the era of on-line everything. Liz the new manager asked me if I was update on my flu and covid booster while I was picking up meds. I’ve been meaning to do it for a while. I said “no”. She said we can do it right now. Then she checked my account and saw that I was way overdue for tetnus shot which she did at the same time. I am really glad I stopped there. Everyone was kind, polite and professional. In an age of impatience, lack of customer service and rudeness Rite aid was on the ball and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Liz!

Worker kicked me out the store and told me not to shop there bc I was waiting for my friends inside and I was looking at deodorant I did nun wrong im a young black girl and I’m 13 I don’t see what was the reason to kick me out just now
