As a Sephora regular I was very disappointed today after I spend $100 on stuff! The cashier who I didn’t see her name, was very rude. She made rude comments about both my kids, even my 7 month old, talking about her diaper. For a moment I thought I went to daycare and not a beauty store. Moms have enough going on so when they go out to shop they shouldn’t feel judged by other people. Sephora needs to do better with their staff because they’ll lose clients.

Today I took my 16 year old son with a special condition and he wanted a perfume, of all the ones he smelled, he liked one, I paid $135 for the large bottle. Well, the girl in a hurry gave me one, but when I opened it at home, it turned out to be another one from the same brand. Tomorrow I'm going to change it because my son doesn't like it. They should be less busy and concentrate on what they do, because I had never seen it before, I didn't know about that brand, so I didn't recognize the packaging grrrrr

I made an order for same day delivery, when fort dash showed up he had two big boxes with 10 wine bottles in each box and wanted me to sign for it. I tried to tell him that wasn’t my order and showed him on the Sephora app what my order was. He did not speak any English sat outside my house for almost an hour I guess speaking to his boss he then came back to the door and wanted me to talk into his phone to translate what i was saying he still did not understand. I called Sephora and Susan who I talked to was so nice and told me to call door dash I called door dash and they were so rude and had no idea what to do and told me they could not do anything because the dasher was close by even tho I told her he has been at my house for the past hour. The next morning I called Sephora again and they told me to call the main number as I was speaking to them Susan from the store called in and told me to tell customer service that anything she could do to help to let her know. I did get it figured out but the fact that Susan went out of her way to call me and offer any help definitely made the situation so much better and much appreciated. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there. Thank you Susan your awesome!!!

Mary, Marianne, or Mariam (I didn’t catch her name) she was VERY RUDE when I called to see if they had an item and she even hung up while I was talking!! I spend hundreds of dollars in there for her to be rude like that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I traveled for 45 min, got to the door at 5:52pm on Sunday 04/14 knowing what I wanted to buy, the girl on the door didn’t want to let me in even when on google says you’re open until 6pm, she also was rude! Even the people that was walking by and heard her said it! SO DISAPPOINTED of this location.

sometimes it’s hard to get help here but when i do the people are always great. Steven helped me yesterday, he was so good & sweet! The general manager though everytime i come is off putting. the Beauty advisors only are very nice and helpful. managers just get them to help me always instead of helping ❤️

The workers make it uncomfortable for me to shop the way they harass and stalk you while your shopping it gets worse every time I come here I was looking at skincare when a worker came up to me asked if i needed help I said no then she asked what I’m looking for and I said skincare then she asked me what type of skin I had which didn’t even matter anyway because she never gave me any suggestions because she was to busy putting what I was gonna buy into a basket and putting it behind the counter for no reason and I was still shopping after that I just left because I didn’t feel comfortable but I came back in the store later because I really needed the product she took from me and when I went to the counter to buy the product she put behind there it wasn’t even there so she just did that for no reason I was gonna have to touch the product regardless if that was her issue. Yall need to stop harassing yall customers.

So I was returning a few items last night and there was a light skin African American lady, thin build in maybe her early 50s on the register it was a Friday night before Easter. Any way she was very rude and I guess mad at the fact I was returning and exchanging. I don’t know how it hurt her pockets or had anything to do with her pay check. She was very nasty. Thinking about calling and make g a complaint. My son is a teenager and picked up on her attitude. He said why was she so mean? I guess professionalism went out the window with her. Perhaps she needs a customer service etiquette training or something. Made me super uncomfortable.

The employees are the best, especially a guy, I’m not sure what his was, but it probably was Brian or Ryan. Everything is perfect. This is my first time someone chose for me the perfect eyeliner. Thanks!
