I would like to thank Nakisha at the cash register for her help today. I was with my 2-month-old baby, who was unhappy, and I struggled to load my groceries into the cart. Nakisha kindly assisted me without me even having to ask for help.

Great grocery store, cover all the essentials with good amount of choices, very sympathetic workers always here to help if they can.
I am taking off 1 star because of the lack of bike rack, it could be really useful to have a dedicated space for my bike when I come to shop!

Since I've been home bound for medical reason ShopRite had been nothing but wonderful to me. The manager and assistant manager of the home delivery department I needed to call a couple of times since I had to use this service in 2023 resolved my matter in a timely fashion. The last time I called about a situation I truly forgot about it in a couple of days she called me back and everything had been resolved. They're the "GREATEST"

I was able to get in and out and a staff member helped out with the coupons at the self-checkout, which is faster than the regular checkout. Also, they have a good loyalty program with Price- Plus with the coupons.

I usually like shopping at the Cherry Hill location. I do shop at other locations that have a nicer bakery dept. But when it comes to the deli department, it will always be a letdown. My son has food sensitivity, if its not a certain way, he won't eat it. Now, I have worked in a deli for 15 years, and I understand how customers can be "annoying" when it comes to asking specific things like having their coldcuts cut, but sometimes as parents we need it for a reason. Deli meats are not cheap, so if I leave a note in the order of how I need it cut, do you even bother to look. I ask for my meats cut thin, not shredded or shaved, just thin, not paper thin or anything ridiculous. But when you cut it like I'm making a lunch thick and didn't ask for that, that's rude. My son can't eat it like that and now it's a waste. They make it so you don't interact with the deli and have to hope they just read and do it right. Well, they show me why I don't bother going to that deli, and shop at other shoprite deli departments
