I was shopping here yesterday, and was approached by the RUDEST, CONDESCENDING abd SARCASTIC Employee. I was trying to find what I needed, of course they were more expensive. I wasn't sure on the size, because Im in between sizes, so I told her once I would lose the little pooch I had then the lower size would fit more comfortable, she had the audacity to ask me, Well, how long will that take?? 😬😑😒 WHAT?! Why would you say that to a customer? I want over to another table to find other, abd she reminded me about the other table abd showed me a sign on how these would fit versus the other table with the more expensive things. I should've walked out, but bought from the table I was looking at, which are too big abd falling down and I told her this, now I have to return to the store with said items (washed, of course) and get a refund!

Absolutely terrible customer service! I went yesterday, as my bra that I just got a month ago, snapped, and was far from home. Hoping to at least get a new one, I asked the saleswoman for help. She asked my size, which had recently been measured two weeks prior when I bought new bras from the Freehold store, gave me a scrutinized look up and down, and refused to believe I wore the right size, indicating I was much larger. While I realize some women do not wear the correct size, I had -just- gotten measured by the freehold store and those bras fit fine, with no issues.
I humored her and tried it on, and there was bunching in the cup, like I said there’d be. She claimed that was normal. Not only was she gaslighting, but I was made to feel incredibly stupid and body conscious.
To add insult to injury, my spouse had also come to look for a certain size. The same saleswoman gave her that same scrutinizing look and claimed that would mean she was “as wide as her (meaning me.)” My spouse is wider, just less cup, and the woman looked at her like she had two heads, as in disbelief, saying “I don’t think so.” My spouse walked away, very offended.
Never once was there an offer to measure, but honestly with someone who speaks to women who are most likely self conscious coming in like that, I wouldn’t let her. It felt degrading and shaming, especially because not only was I just measured by someone from the same company in a different store, but also my wife was treated in a similar degrading manner.
It made me, a customer of Soma for years, truly reconsider continuing. For what little inventory the stores carry, the employees should be trained on how they talk to people. Or at least screened.
Seriously, you’re better off shopping online, or if you’d prefer in person, go across the street to Kohl’s. More sizes and inventory and no employees who will make you feel more self conscious than when you first walked in.

I decided to pop into this store yesterday, and I’m so glad I did. The facility is clean, beautiful, very well organized, and the dressing rooms are stunning. Cat helped me find the perfect bra for my body type. Bra shopping is always so hard but she made the experience enjoyable and educational.
They have high quality items at a competitive price, and I will definitely be a regular shopper.

The customer service at this store is exceptional. Jessica went above and beyond to help me with an online order, even researching it further, finding my phone number on her own and calling me back. I am truly impressed!

I had the best bra shopping experience today! I was fitted by Yokatia, who then brought me a selection of bras to try. Some tweaks for size and comfort, and I left with three bras and happy boobies.

Ok. Salesperson should have offered to measure me instead of taking my word on my bra size. They are experienced. They may have suggested a different cup size or band size. I told them the size I thought I am.

What a great experience! I had a fitting and walked out with the perfect bra for me. The staff is fantastic. Like an old-school foundation shop, they take their time to make sure you get the right fit. So glad I found this place!
