This is the worst Tmobile by far I've Ever been to. Upon entering all the Reps were sitting together.( (NO customers) The rep told me right from the start there's now a 5 fee to pay bills in-store. My initial rep guy was snippy w me by the end of what was a simple transaction...paying a bill w 2 methods of payment and being charged 5.00 twice for a (cash payment and a credit card payment) He just wasn't understanding what I was requesting. There was a woman sitting across from him, i assume his boss..Reluctantly she had to take over. She straightened everything out.A minute later I was on my way w my paper receipts, but before she handed them to me. She said absolutley nothing and then handed me the receipts and a again said nothing....No Ty, No "Have a good evening" "Have a good day" ...No upbeat personality.From the walk into store the look was like "what hell are you doing here" the store fails miserably for customer service. They should ALL be retrained. SAD

I came in to the Ellisburg location with my parents to add them to my plan and get new phones. Ready for a 2 hour headache and later problems. Candi took the time to get my parents comfortable while she researched the best deal, explained the plans down to even how they can use their phones for international travel, worked to transfer their numbers and all their former phone data, checked and double checked with them to make sure all the important stuff transferred over (yes, screen savers are important) and suffered through "Dad jokes" and banter with a genuine upbeat positive lovely attitude. Even got my dad a free Apple Watch. Set up everything for them painlessly. An hour and a half later, all was settled and Candi was just as delightful and unflagged. A true delight to work with! Ended up saving my parents $100 a month over Verizon WITH new phones and watches and no headaches. Plus rebates. Candi is a true professional. Many thanks!

Came in with a malfunctioning Sim card and a broken screen, protector and Candi fixed both of them quickly and cheaply (free) thanks to the warranty.It's always a relief to have something like this taken care of cheerfully and with minimal fuss. I'm very grateful to Candi and the team for getting me on my way quickly.

I set up an appointment for the repair like I always have done used the same email that I have been using before tmobile bought out sprint. After I set up the appointment I get a call from their corporate about my email address its nothing offensive or directed to anyone it was simple lyrics. I get here they take my phone is the back wouldnt make the repair and they opened up personal apps up with credit information on them and went through my email that they took offense to.

We arrived at TMobil 15 minutes before closing and the staff provided excellent service. We left the store with a new phone. My granddaughter was very happy with her new phone. I must say the store was very clean. The staff never made us feel rushed, even though they were closing.

Had a horrible first experience. I got preliminary information from Larry who seemed extremely knowledgeable. The next day I went in to start the process and the young lady was very curteous as we transferred two of our phones to T-mobile (I had to pay off the other 2 first). Unfortunately they also locked the phone numbers so the following day I had to take an hour off of work to fix this problem. The ratings really dropped though because of the next days experience. The following day, the young man that was supposed to help me to finish the process skipped me over twice probably because he would not get a commission from helping me. When I mentioned the fact that I was skipped he reluctantly started helping me. He also was not very knowledgeable. He was not aware of recent changes and could not even unlock my SIM card on one phone and had no idea what to do except telling me to contact my old carrier or the young lady from the day before. On the other phone he did not even check to seet that the phone was not connecting to cellular data.I have to admit that I acted like a Karen and walked back into the store to speak to Larry. Lucky, Unique was able to solve the problem in under 10 minutes. MY advice is either work with Larry or Unique or go to another T-MOBILE store.

I would not recommend this T-mobile location to anybody, due to the fact how terrible they treat their customers, a tall guy ( I don’t have a name) I dealt with was extremely rude, very unprofessional seemed scarless towards us and other customers. It made my parents stay with their current Carrier after wanting to switch over.
