I’ve been collecting Swarovski jewelry for years! This location is by far the BEST in NJ. I’ve experienced exceptional customer service from this location from both Jadiza and Michelle. There was some damage to a sentimental ring my husband purchased for me. It was covered under warranty but, both Bridgewater and Menlo Park Mall locations told me there was nothing that could be done. No explanation… no extra care… poor customer service. But, Jadiza at Cherry Hill assured me she’d run my concerns by Michelle and they’d help me with either repair or replacement of the ring. Not even 24 hours later, Michelle called me and said she ordered a replacement ring. I had another experience where I had a team member at Bridgewater order an extender for a necklace. The extender never came and I was told that it was out of stock. So I was left with a necklace that I couldn’t wear. I presented Michelle at Cherry Hill with the necklace and she confirmed the extender was out of stock… Michelle worked her magic and I left the store with the extender and was able to wear my necklace. The extra care / service shown at Cherry Hill (Jadiza & Michelle) will keep me coming back. I appreciate the customer care shown at the Cherry Hill location. I plan to only shop there and online from here on out. #satisfiedcustomer

I purchased a ring from this store in November for my birthday, unfortunately it got discolored in less than a year of purchasing it. The employee at this store exchanged it for me with a brand new ring-no questions asked.
The second incident I had was with a new ring I purchased from a Swarovski store in India, the crystal for which popped out literally after a week of purchasing it. They told me they couldn't exchange it even though it hadn't even been a month and would have to ship it to the repair facility in a different city that would take 5-6 weeks to get back. I got this damaged ring to the Cherry Hill Swarovski store upon my return and the same employee exchanged it for a brand new ring.
I've been purchasing Swarovski jewellery since over a decade now and if I was told nothing could be done about my damaged jewellery, I'd be greatly disappointed.
I'm very thankful for this customer experience and will be going back to the Cherry Hill Swarovski store for all my future purchases and everytime I have any issue.

I received high quality customer service from the manager Michelle. She was so personable, knowledgeable, and everything a store manager should be. My first interaction was through the phone and her positive attitude was admirable. When I went into the store she was so charming and kind. She helped switch out my watch that was missing crystals to a brand new watch. She went out of her way to make sure my watch was the perfect fit by adjusting my links and making sure I was satisfied. Thank you Michelle for making my experience at Swarovski wonderful =)

? Loved this place! Saw a ring at a store earlier that day, ask where she purchased it and went immediately and purchased this ring. The staff manager Michelle was PHENOMENAL, when I describe the ring she knew exactly what I wanted. Her customer service was GOLDEN! I will be returning when she receives the earrings to match.

I visited recently to buy a gift for my daughter's birthday. It was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and my daughter loved her gift.Right now with covid restrictions and because the store is so small only 2 customers are allowed in at a time.
