I really like Talbots but I really don’t like how I have been treated at this location. I’m young, (I’m in my early 30s), and bi-annually I go to this store to purchase a gift card for a family member who really likes shopping here. I have bought my own fair share of Talbots clothing over the years as well, and used to have the credit card. Every time I have been to this location I am not treated as an equal customer, I presume this is because of how young I look. I have watched how the sales associates interact positively with other customers and it is far from how I am treated; I’ve been treated coldly, ignored while I wait at the register, not greeted or thanked, and honestly treated like a nuisance with a lot of unconscious bias. I just don’t appreciate it, and I don’t appreciate that other customers are treated better than I always have been at this location. I didn’t experience this at the former Mt. Laurel location.

Bought a poncho as a gift. It's unraveling after several months. Talbots won't take anything back after 45 days and won't stand behind their products past the return date. Very disappointed. Have spent a lot of money there in the past.

Tried to return some clothes for my wife that were too small for her size, within 60 days of purchase. The store staff was very unfriendly and looked like she doesn't like her job. I don't come in to spend my money for attitude. Amazon wardrobe has much better customers experience. Try Talbot at your own risk!

This Talbots is not far from the Cherry Hill mall and had friendly, helpful salespeople. They helped me with a return and alerted me to an additional discount for shopping in my birthday month. I like their T by Talbots and Haven lines for cozy, leisure clothes. The retail prices are a little high but most items are discounted.

Very good selection of clothing, but I don’t feel comfortable in this shop. Some of the sales people are unfriendly. This past visit the lady at checkout was very disappointed that I didn’t have a Talbots card and was using cash. “Most of our girls use our credit card.” Then came a long and hard push for a donation to their charity - a common practice these days. Americans are generous people, and most of us have our favorite charities. If Talbots wants to donate some profits,great, but please stop pressuring the customers. I should leave your store with my purchases happy.

No one greeted me, no one offered to help me. Not the usual Talbots shopping experience. Perhaps because I was an unfamiliar face, but I certainly didn't feel welcome at this NJ location.
