This bank is super hard to get in contact with over the phone. They also messed up on my application and never sent it. they never even gave me a call after 2 weeks. I had to come in to get it all resolved.

i would give this a zero is i could. I went in to deposit cash because both atm was broken (of course it was). Some how they lost 13 hundred dollars the day before my bill was due, had to draw from my emergency fund so i wont go into the negative. Come back the next day to resolve it and was force to wait 30+ minute for customer service

My experiences today at this location was 10/10, especially Jesenia, who had a friendly attitude with me. I love her smiles , she is very sweet, kind, and friendly. I ask her question about my account and she gave me a clear answer. When I left the bank , I felt very satisfy. Please acknowledge her, for the top best customer services. Also, Ouida was very helpful and acknowledge she also helped me update my information. I have been seeing her for about 3-5 times already. She was also friendly, and very accommodating I was in and out of the door under 5 minutes. All the employees, and most importantly Jesenia and Ouida they were all respectful, and treated me like a family. This location will always be my go to! Thank you!

I was at the drive thru today and the lady ask for my atm card and ask to verify my address.All I wanted was to change two $20 bills. Its not like i'm withdrawing money out of my account. I did provide my atm card and she still needed me to verify my address. This lady teller is a loser. She was way out of line. I did remain professional the entire time.

The customer service in this location is the worst. You go in and the rudeness just pours out of the reps. If I ask for anything, the reps are always bothered and give a snarky remark.

Yet another BANK that won't simply break down big bills if you're not a customer... I mean the Wawa up the road or even the toll booths by the bridge could do it. Total fail.

Horrible customer service in this branch. Tellers leave you standing around clueless and don't have the decency to say something as simple as "good morning, I'll be with you in a moment" so we don't guess who's the active teller(s). Slow drive through as well. I've had a MUCH better experience further east at the branch by target in Centerton

I went in after I noticed fraudulent activity on my debit card. The rep did not ask me for any identification nor did she confirm my address. She only asked for the old card and acct #. I was a former CSR so I know that's basic info. I could've been anyone. She attempted to try and upsale me on a credit card that I had no interest in. Read the room. Ppl with fraud on their accts are most likely anxious and not interested. Afterwards I realized the new card had my old zip code attached when I made purchases online. I had to call customer support to have it corrected (again) even though I updated my address with TD over a year ago. This could've been avoided had she verified all my info.The only saving grace is when I went in a few days later because after the card was closed I still saw fraudulent activity. The rep was much better and very helpful. Her name started with a K I believe. She assured me that the activity I saw was from the previous card and that my new card was ok.
