This was the slowest TD branch I’ve ever been to, so slow in fact that after waiting 20 minutes to do a regular deposit, I had to leave to go to a different branch. There are lots and lots of employees who seem to be standing around laughing and chitchatting, but not quite as many, actually working. Never returning to this branch.

Worst branch bank ever. Went there today to make a deposit through the drive through and they had to verify my account by texting me a code. Question is, why do they have to verify my account if im making a deposit? Anyway, when they sent me the text, and i verified my account, they told me there was an issue with the system and they asked me to come inside. What if i was handicap, or I had young kids in my car. People use the drive through for convenience. This was everything but convenience. After i went inside, the stupid teller didn't even have the decency to apologies for the inconvenience. This is the worst branch with a bunch of morons working there. Stay away from here.

This is the third time I went to use the Mac machine in this location. All three times were a different week . Can someone please address this and have this machine functioning.

Normally td bank has a grace period but this one will close right on the dot. So don’t waste your time. Can’t believe I used to work for td and we always stayed open 10mins drive thru and I get here at 5:07 and the guy is yelling they’re closed…. Devin did my deposit before and had an attitude she had to come from break to help her coworker with a line. And then messed up my deposit so I wasn’t available til Tuesday while it was deposited Friday. I’m sorry if you don’t like your job as customer service I’m sure there’s plenty of back off jobs for td available.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch on 8:30 am July 16th . I went to ask two simple service, As I did not use the verb "close" CD, the teller who sitting there assisted me was incredibly rude and condescending. She made me feel uncomfortable and looked down on me due to my limited English proficiency. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Evidently can’t deposit money into my own account at the drive through without having to use a cell phone for verification, as my drivers license apparently isn’t good enough ID. I suppose I’ll just use the ATM from now on, which hopefully will soon replace these useless tellers’ jobs.

Aisha and Tejal, your two tellers are the best. Always smiling, attentive to customers, smiling, etc. They are always happy to serve. A credit to your store. Besides the trillions in assets the bank has, I think these ladies are also bank assets. Please take care of them. Thank you.

I've been banking here since it was a Commerce Bank. I rarely have to go in, but over the past two days did have to go in in person. I barely made it before closing yesterday since 5 can be a tough cut off time, and the employee (possibly a manager), Brad, was so caring and helpful. He even stayed 35 minutes after they had technically closed to make sure I left with everything taken care of.I can not say enough good things about him. He really helped me out when I needed it instead of telling me it was too close to closing and shutting me out. The amount of gratitude I have for him is immeasurable because he truly went above and beyond for a complete stranger, and he was also a pleasure to deal with today as well when I had a couple follow up questions.

Don’t exchange currency with TD before going on an international trip. Their exchange rate is a rip-off and they hide the real fees. I think it might be class-actionable

Very very poor customer service !I went there to get new card she ask me thousand questions which is okAnd she give me wrong card she put instead usa / Canada! I went other store they said that ! That’s why my card not working! But she didn’t realize! Again she ask meI made mistake!Why they don’t teach staff when they hire ! Crazy poor service
