Very professional, friendly sales people. Small parking but the inside is clean and quiet. Free coffee while you wait. Plenty of model options to choose from and colors. Good place to shop for a Tesla. High recommend to check the Tesla website first, in inventory since some Teslas have a reduced price but you might need to take a drive to pick your car.

Took my Model X in for service after I got Dashboard notification of a possible battery fuse issue. Service department at Cherry Hill is very well run, efficient, customer friendly, communicates well with waiting customers, an all around pleasant experience. Fuse was replaced, all other electrical systems were checked, cost covered under battery warranty. Two thumbs up

Service center always changes my appointment last minute to a day that doesn’t work for me without asking. This is the 4th time this has happened. I scheduled a day that works for me and then they say they either can’t do it as mobile and schedule are random day at cherry hill or last minute. They never have appointments that work. You would think if you spent well over 100k on a car they would accommodate you accordingly instead of blowing you off. Then you when you go to drop off your car they don’t even provide a way of getting home like they used too. I used to have a Lincoln Navigator and not only would they come pick the car up from my house they would leave a loaner as well. Just very aggravating.

I picked up my brand new model 3 in cherry Hill on Monday, October 23. I arrived early and that wasn’t an issue. The woman at the front desk, adjusted my appointment time and checked me in. I had to wait two minutes because my temp tag wasn’t on the car yet. I loved how incredibly easy it was to lease and pick up the car. I was told where my car was, linked it to my phone and checked everything out. They even put a sign with your name in the front window which honestly was just freaking cool. I set up everything to my liking and I was on my way. 30 minutes is all I spent. I love the way Tesla handles buying and picking up a car. In total I spent maybe an hour for the whole the process. Even my lease approved in like five minutes. I do wish Cherry Hill location was a bit larger where they keep the cars. I’m sure they do too. Overall, great experience and I hope the next 3 years is equally as pleasant.

Wade at the service desk (I hope I heard your name right) was borderline acting as my therapist today. I won't go into boring details but I brought a new to me Model x in for some urgent service. Wade and the tech Mike took care of absolutely everything, and were so courteous and professional throughout. Sometimes when you're having a stressful day with your expensive car, just having a friendly person say "hey go get some coffee, we got this, we'll make it right for you today", is all you need. And when they return the car to you working as intended, clean and as you left it, man it just makes for a great service experience. I loved this location when we bought our model 3 almost 5 years ago, and I recommend it today for just great service professionalism and courtesy.

Purchased my first Tesla recently in Cherry Hill. I was very impressed with the ease of entire process, and the stress free experience. Kayla was very helpful from start to finish. Completely different experience than the old school dealership mentality we’re all used to. Love the new ride! Highly recommend Tesla Cherry Hill.

Lucky for them Google reviews don't allow negative stars.The pick up location in Cherry Hill NJ is the worst cx service experience that i ever had in my entire life specially when you are spending your hard earned money.The person at the service desk in the back of the building was very rude and impolite, and refused to acknowledge my concerns at the time of Pick Up, I asked to speak with the manager since he refused to acknowledge some quality control issues that i noticed with the car and kept saying that he can't see them.So he took it upon himself and without even going inside the building told me flat out that the manager was busy and can't come out, i kept insisting to talk to the manager and after 20+ minutes he decided to go inside and got someone to polished some imperfections on the paint (Asian guy very knowledgeable) and the tech noticed the issues instantly.After some of them was partially fixed i asked again for the manager and then he went inside and the manager came out with 4 other guys, but that was useless because the manager said that all those imperfections was within Tesla specs (no proof of that which i asked to show me), i asked him politely to document my issues on my account just in case something happen in the future ill be covered by the warranty and he refused to do so by saying "we are not going to fix so i will not notate anything" i felt i was mistreated and dead in the water, hope i never have to go there again.So if you are buying a Tesla go to another pick up location that you are not treated like they are giving you something because if you are like me i work very hard for the things i have.

Experiencing road noise from the window of the car. The worst sound you can hear when driving. I’ve taken the car in 4 times for this issue and all have been told “it’s normal to hear that” but it is so loud and boisterous when you’re driving. The engineer/tech drove in the car with me and said he heard the noise and it was loud. After waiting they told me everything was fine and there was nothing to be done about the loud cabin noise. Absolutely ridiculous, lazy. I’m so tired of this company gas lighting its customers when there’s an issue. There’s clearly something wrong with the car and Tesla is sweeping it under the rug. There must be a factory issue with the new 2023 models they aren’t letting on about. But anyways, bad service.

Be aware, Tesla is all about sales volume and not quality or customer service. They provided an offer estimate for my 2020 Tesla and two weeks later they updated the offer to $4,000 less than the original. No valid reason for the reduced offer. Emailed the sales advisor for a credit of the order fee and didn't even get a response. It's all a numbers game for them.

I have had two previous interactions with this service facility. The first was the FSD upgrade in 2020 which was initially botched. I had to bring my car back to have their lead tech fix the problem so that something that should have taken a few hours tops, took up most of my day. The 2nd was a recall repair handled by mobile service which was uneventful. I have been attempting to contact today with questions about a needed repair. I simply want to make sure that they have parts available before scheduling. I have been put on hold multiple times for up to an hour, and no one ever picks up. They try to force you to handle all communication via the app, however the actual process can be slow and cumbersome. This is completely unacceptable to the point that I will take my car to PA for service. Customer service is basically non-existent.

The service department is terrible. The lead time for scheduling an appointment is extremely long. Even for emergency it takes a week to obtain service. Calling them means waiting time for half a hour and more.

Got a Tesla model Y, got into an accident. Sent for repairs and have been waiting 3 months for a specific part coming from Tesla factory.Drove the car for 2 months but have made 5 months of payments.Keep getting strung along when the part will come. No loaner car given just paying for nothing.Genuinely the worst car customer service. Do not suggest buying a Tesla, no other car company has these issues.
