Not very much selection, store is insanely tight, some of the employees are polite but all i’ve seen are very slow getting up to the register & slow with transactions which forms a line & has brought me to the point of leaving multiple times. I’ve seen other customers do it too.

we drove over and the store was a hot mess and the 3 females working there were rude and having their own converstion while I waited for them to finish their convo and help me with online order pick up. They only found one package and told me to come back the following day.

Update your hours please. I wasted my time once at open(stayed until 11:30 without an employee coming out to say anything) and once 45 minutes before close today. Both times the doors were closed with employees inside. Pretty ridiculous to have that happen twice in one day. Sorry I thought that deserved a bad review

I must say after seeing the review I was very skeptical about going here, but this place has been everything!! I love how this company does things. I was redeemed place cash doubled after spending just $48 bucks for this holiday season and you can apply multiple to your purchase online and in store, that's amazing!! Also, when I went into the store I found a dress for my daughter's and the associate who rung me up override the price for me!! GREAT EXPERIENCE! I will be a returning customer!

Cashier was very rude, don’t know her name but she had a chain on that said Marco. I purchased an order online, they sent me a pair of jeans that still had the security sensor on it. I didn’t have my receipt ( and I know they have rules to follow) and she was just rude throughout the whole process. I will be giving a call to the store manager

So I went in today 10/19/18 around 4:05pm. I grab the shirt I wanted like in 2 mnts went to pay only one person infront of me and it took them 20 mnts to take care of me. I asked nicely can someone else come and help u in the front since there was a line already and the manager came out no where and said; everybody else is doing something else. Like really, customer service should be the priority.

This is my favorite Jean and T-shirt Store! I've been shopping here for years! Yes, their jeans are pricey but they are so worth it. The quality is phenomenal!! These are not high price jeans that you'll only be able to wear a few times before they get worn or even rip....I literally have the very first pair I bought back in 2007 and they still look brand new!!! True Religion Jeans stand out in a crowd. The thick stitching is eye catching. Love the bling pairs as well. The t shirts match their jeans so you can easily create outfits. They also offer jackets, hats and accessories. This Cherry Hill Mall location carries Men, Women and children clothes & accessories. I loved this store so much that I had my son, Anthony, apply for a job here. He's been here over a year now, so if you go, ask for "Anthony"! Oh, he was recently promoted to a management position! Yay Ant!!! (His closet is now ALL True Religion!) 5 Stars!!!!

If you like waiting in line for longer than you shop this is the place for you! Terrible customer service, we will never shop here again. No wonder malls are going out of business

I always love children place. Never had any problems with the store staff in other CP stores. Last night I was so disappointed. If I could give 0 star, I'd give 0 star! The female staff who's checking me out was so RUDE! I MEAN REAL RUDE! I think she was the worst that i've ever met. I purchased some item. There was no line. I came up. I asked her to put my email for the rewards point. She said just use my phone number. I admitted that I gave my no too fast. She said wait! I said sorry, and she made a mean face right in front of my eyes. I was surprised by that but then I realized it was my fault I said it too fast. Even I don't think its necessary to make that face since I said sorry anyway. And then I used my phone to find my cash rewards. While i was doing that, I hear her voice but I wasn't so sure what she was saying. And then she repeated in her higher tone, she ask me to press the screen. I said sorry again but SHE MADE A MEAN FACE AND AT THAT TIME ONE OF THE STAFF CAME AND SHE LOOKED AT HER AND MADE A FACE, AND MEAN EYES, GIVING HER HINT ABOUT ME. I TOLD HER "I WAS LOOKING AT MY CASH REWARD" I wasn't playing on my phone. Usually when there's a line, I always prepare my reward, but since I was the only one at the cashier, I need to turn on my phone and looked for it. I think she did that to me because I'm asian. If I were African American just like her, I bet 100% she wouldn't do that. Yes my physical is asian but guess what? I'M A USA CITIZENS! Do you really necessary to show your face and not to mention you add more with sharing that with your co worker in front of my face? If you don't like other races I suggests dont work at the mall...because you're gonna meet all kind of races. Go work somewhere where you only meet your race. Yes I'm taking it as racism. I was so overwhelmed with my experience. I will still buying from children place but definitely never go back to this store. Store 746. I went there on jan 2nd at 6pm. I don't know her name but you can check from the working hours.

Nunca avía tenido ningíºn problema amaba esa tienda por q tengo muchos aí±os comprando ai me encantaba por q la ropa es mui bonita .pero aller iba a regresar unos pantalones q mis nií±os les regalaron están mui grandes entonces fui ala tienda una trabajadora me avía dicho que si los podía cambiar si no llevaba el recibo cuando llo fui ala caja para q pagará me dijo que le dirá mi identificacií³n i se la di pero me dijo que no por q herá de México q ella quería una identificacií³n de aquí de USA i le dije que no tenía por eso mejor lla no boi aser compras ahí i le boi a pasar este mensaje a todos mis amigos i familia que lla no aga compras en la tienda tengo más 12 aí±os que Asia compras ai pero no más . I la persona que me estaba atendiendo le dije que quería ablar con la encargada i me dijo que era ella de origen latino por al final termino ablando espaí±ol
