Few weeks ago, I went to the North Face store. I liked this jacket. I tried the first time, liked it, the second visit, loved it, then I returned a third time and it was like we were meant to be (I am talking about the jacket and me 😂)
José, Nat, and Anthoyla were very kind, pleasant and patient and helped me make the perfect size decision. ( sorry if I misspelt your name guys)
I love my jacket and ¡I look guapísimo!

I just want to say thank you to the ones that work at the Cherry Hill Mall North Face store. I been a North Face customer for many years and always feel comfortable at that location, they are pretty cool there. I can’t take photos because I bought so much during the years and won’t know where to start taking pictures but Thank you ?

I went into this location and waited around for help for about 30 minutes. During that 30 minutes all I heard was the employees talk about other employees with racist and horrible degrading comments. After all that an employee help me but had a snarky attitude. The first encounter I just thought maybe it was a bad time but this was the second encounter. I went in with the intention of purchasing 2 pairs of boots and a coat I left without purchasing anything. I will never give this location my money and I hope you don’t either. This location needs training on customer service. If I could leave this review with negative 5 stars I would!
