Staff arrived late, not prepared, not very knowledgeable . Could not recommend this location. Go to the U-Haul on Kings Highway in Maple Shade they are great.

I just got off the phone with Cody of U Haul by contacting the Better Business Bureau and U Haul is definitely not the same. They are beginning to hi Jack prices and manipulate mileage. Don't worry I'm taking this to DC and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Companies does not have the right to take advantage of consumers and I know my rights.

The van we rented was clean, in great condition and exactly what we were looking for. Rob made sure we had everything we needed and made this the easiest part of our move. I highly recommend this location!!

Had an 11am reservation. Arrived at 10:58am and “Rob had just left and should be back soon”. After waiting 20 minutes I called Uhaul customer service. Customer service called Rob. Rob told customer service the previous renter failed to return the key.I had been dropped off so I had to wait another 25 minutes to get picked up. During this time Rob never showed up, nor called. In what world do you not call a customer with a reservation and tell them you don’t have the key? Waited a total of 45/50 minutes, never saw Rob.

We have rented from here multiple times over the last few months. The trucks are always clean, the service prompt and no issues. They are next to a gas station so perfect when you need to top the tank up and they are on a safe open lot next to the highway.
