The recent salon staff here is not very helpful and Jena is worst hairstylist I ever cut my hair with
I asked her to trim my hair less than 2 inches and she literally cut my hair 4 to 5 inches which was not even at both side
She literally cut half my hair without my permission.
Worst haircut experience I ever had

This store is disgusting today and a lady about 45 years old started harassing my 10 year old son, just because he didn't answer if he was in line and because my son didn't speak Spanish, she is with my two sons and I had to push them aside because the lady started harassing us and yelling at me and my two sons, one age 9 and the oldest 10 and none of the staff did absolutely anything not even call the police when they saw that this lady was harassing and yelling at me and my children

I had a very disappointing experience during checkout with Natalie at Ulta. From the start, she was noticeably unfriendly and unwelcoming — no greeting, no smile, and absolutely no effort to provide good customer service. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
What really sealed the poor experience was that she didn’t ask about my Ultamate Rewards points or mention anything about applying them — something that is typically standard at checkout. She rushed through the transaction without a word, and there was zero engagement or courtesy. I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated.
Customer service matters, especially in a store like Ulta where the experience is just as important as the products. I hope management addresses this, because interactions like this truly diminish the overall experience.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my incredible experience with Miss Z. I came in needing help to cover a mark, and from the moment I arrived, Zenobya made me feel completely at ease. Like a true makeup wizard, she expertly blended different products to create flawless coverage. It was a 11/10 experience!
Not only did I walk away feeling more confident, but I also learned so much about color theory along the way. As someone who’s a total beginner with makeup, I appreciated that she never made me feel inexperienced or out of place. Zenobya was cheerful, uplifting, and genuinely supportive. I left feeling seen, beautiful, and empowered.
Thank you so much to the Ulta Beauty team at the Cherry Hill location for turning what could have been a nightmare into such a fun experience and now a laughable memory!

Excellent service! Natalie who works in the Clinique department is really knowledgeable about skin care and even recommended some options for my husband. The store is clean and organized. The line at the register was long but moved quickly.

This review is for the beauty salon @ the cherry hill Ulta. I was looking for some self care and wanted to have a nice scalp massage done. As a natural curly girl I am always hesitant/nervous on stylist and experiences because dealing with curly hair is a craft for sure. I took a chance after seeing Ulta offers cleanse and style options for fresh curls and immediately booked an appointment. I was so happy to have been connected with Jana G. She was the sweetest soul upon arriving and getting started she introduced herself, asked about the products I typically use and we got started. Now this is the key here… the way she shampooed and cleansed my hair literally made me feel like I was in a spa. After having my hair straightened I really needed a good scrub and refresh on my scalp - she did just that! I so appreciated that and even loved that she said I wash hair like I would want others to wash mine. I respect that SO MUCH as I could tell she actually cared about my appointment. The styling was even better and to top it off she did not over diffuse my hair and left some to air dry which again as a curly girl is KEY! If you’re considering booking an appointment for curly hair services go ahead and book with Jana!! 🤍

I was greeted by a few , but the one who stood out to me most was Bianca , her smile and warm personality made you feel like you guys were friends for a long time , she gave her honest opinions on things and really helped me find shades that matched my skin tone which i have trouble with ! She was amazing !!! Definitely a top tier employee

I am very satisfied with the shop and the service they provide. Everyone was very helpful but Kayla was very sweet and helped me with every product that I was in need of. I might have asked her 100 questions regarding the products and all but she was so sweet. Thank you Kayla for your help and service. Definitely coming back again.
