The WORST customer service here. I will be using the other cherry hill locations in the future. The fact that they have multiple reviews about the service here is concerning, I’m not sure why they haven’t had a turnaround in staffing! The older African American man with the gray beard was rude and not friendly at all. I came in, he didn’t greet me or anything. I said can I please ship out this Amazon package, he gave me an issue after wanting to charge $3 for “taping” a box”. It’s not about the price, it was the attitude after I asked if I could leave my package here while I grab a entire roll of tape next door at dollar tree since I would need it anyway. It seemed like I was bothering him the second I entered. Anyhow, another you African American walked in while I was taping up my box and he greets him, hello how are you. I responded, hmm I didn’t get a hi how are you. The employee here treats you differently based on the color of your skin!!!! I hope the owner sees this and addresses this!

The manager and all employees over there should do something else but customer service. Zero professionalism!!!!

The staff are extremely rude and have a major attitude. I remained friendly during the entire interaction and tried to assist the employee because the box I brought was very large. He firmly told me to leave and rolled his eyes.

All these reviews speak to how incredibly rude the staff is here. Just went to return something from Amazon and an extremely rude older lady gave me such an attitude and frankly I wasn’t in the mood for it so we left. I will be notifying Amazon about this experience.

To be honest, if I could rate this a ZERO I would simply because the store manager on this shift this morning has the Worst customer service experience ever!! She refused to give me her name or store number after she was disrespectful and obnoxious especially in front of my toddler!! She told me she wasn’t gonna take my package and that she’d call the police to escort me out with my child if I didn’t?!?! She was that upset about me asking for that information??? That’s crazy!! I will never go into this location again!! Her behavior was totally unacceptable, Rude and unprofessional!! She has No customer service experience whatsoever let alone to be a store manager!! I can only imagine how many other customers she’s treated this way and are afraid to speak up!! Smh

Hands down the worst UPS store in South Jersey. Everyone who works there is miserable and acts like you're doing them a favor giving them business. Terrible attitudes and even worse customer service. If you're within 5 minutes of another store go elsewhere

The employee who assisted me was great but apparently guaranteed shipping by a certain day and time means literally nothing. I verbally asked and was assured 3 times that my package would DEFINITELY 100% arrive by noon on Tuesday and it still hadn’t been received by 3pm. This was an extremely time sensitive issue and apparently “guaranteed delivery by noon” is actually code for “maybe by the end of the day, we think.” It even says delivery by noon on my receipt - nope, not good enough for a refund. Save your money and ship with any other provider. UPS does not stand by their “guarantees” and I don’t intend to pay any more premiums just to be disappointed. If I wanted it to arrive before the end of the day, I could have saved the money that I paid specifically to ensure that earlier delivery time. Instead, I was charged and paid for a guarantee that was not honored and when I requested a refund, I was essentially told “too bad, so sad” and insulted. Absolute nonsense, take your business elsewhere.

2 stars cause this place is normally the friendliest UPS store in the area. Came here to ship a package, to find the door locked and the place closed up at 2:38, when they close at 3. Watched a several other people walk up with packages and attempt to open the door while I typed this.

Extremely unprofessional UPS store
I got a notification from the UPS tracking app saying that my package was delivered at noon. I came in 15 minutes before closing after work to pick up my package. The lady said that she didn’t have it. Mind you, she was on a FaceTime call with I’m guessing her family. I gave her my tracking number and she says she can see that the item was delivered, but “this happens all the time and the package won’t be here until tomorrow.” I’m not stupid, I know the package is there. I came in 15 minutes before closing and she doesn’t wanna look for it.. I called UPS and she basically confirmed that it was likely because they were close to closing.
I’m sorry that my job made it so that I have to come in 15 minutes before you close. But it’s not my problem that you don’t feel like looking for a package 15 minutes before closing. You also probably shouldn’t be on FaceTime on your personal Device while you’re working

Not sure what people are on about with these reviews. Never had an issue returning here and the lady is very sweet.
Now Haddonfield UPS, that place is a trip.
