Service at the store is horrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. When you spend 53 dollars in return service, at least have the courtesy of printing some labels. Hire better workers UPS.

I can't say enough about the staff at store 1316. Today I worked with employee 328569 but everyone there is just as great. I do a ton of returning and shipping. Sometimes I am not as organized with my lables and boxes as I should be. The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. They never turn me away or act annoyed, even when the store is filled with customers. I drive extra far just because I like the store employees so much.

Store rejected a package return that was boxed and secure. Label was printed out and included. After waiting a while in line my husband was turned away for reasons that made absolutely no sense. First they said the box was unacceptable even though it was the exact box in which we received the item. The label was provided ( return authorization could have also been shown on my phone without having printed it). My husband was told that the label that we had printed was not secured on the package; they did not offer to tape it- but again this was not a prerequisite for returning the package. They told my husband the only way they’d accept it would be if we bought a mailing box from them but that box wouldn’t have had a label secured to it either. Was an unnecessarily bad experience and I would not recommend this UPS store to anyone.

Guess the place got sold and is now outsourced. Used to have awesome staff . Now it is staffed by robotic people with a less than stellar grasp of the English language, hygiene and cleaning. The building smells different and not in a good way. I don’t post reviews but I use this place a lot and it sucks to see what happened. They had to sound out $100 by slowly saying “One Zero Zero dollars”’and referred to $1 as “One double zero dollar.” Unfortunately I’ll have to drive further to ship, print and use notary services. I won’t support this, and it is kind of upsetting to see the decline.

Crystal at the Cherry Hill location on the corner of Evesham and Springdale was SUPER helpful! I came in with 2 boxes, and the tracking bar code on each label were faded. She said she could scan them but it would be hard for the drivers. So I asked if I could just pay for shipping myself. She was eager and willing to help! Crystal had GREAT customer service. She smiled and didn’t have an attitude. She had GREAT attitude! Her workmanship and willingness is 5 stars! Crystal is a great asset to your team :)

Crystal and staff were extremely helpful and patient with me. I had a large return order and she made sure everything was done correctly. I had additional labels to print and she was nice enough to get my package and help me repackage it.

If you want incompetent workers and complete idiocy, go to this location.
I went with my mom to get a document notarized and because she signed it ahead, the owner incorrectly said that the law states that he can’t notarize it because he didn’t see her sign.
I told him that he can just have her sign again and he became defensive and refused, and told me to go elsewhere. Even after looking at her state ID and comparing the same signature.
As I’m explaining, an annoying coworker (some moronic girl with black hair and a red arm tattoo), kept inserting herself in the convo, like a gnat that wouldn’t go away, when no one was talking to her. She continuing yelling from the back room and then proceeded to the front of the store, causing a scene in front of other customers.
They then continued to yell and call me ignorant (which is very coded btw) and threatened to call the police. I informed them that weaponizing the police on a black person is not ok. I was then called a racist. They then became insolent and started yelling even more as if they have no home training.
Ironically they’re ignorant to the definition of the words ignorant and racist as well as the Notarization laws.
How can you run a business when you don’t know how to speak to customers or know simple rules? I see why they’re working at a shipping store, there’s not many brain cells between the two of them. The owner and his guard dog employee are extremely unprofessional, take your business elsewhere.

The BEST customer service ALWAYS provided by abu. Such a great person and always does outstanding job. He had to go through tons of boxes for me one day right before they were closing but did it so professionally and with a smile on his face!!!
