USPS Cherry Hill Marlkress…1st time visit, awful. The Desk Clerk was at lunch, they made people wait until he returned. I guess it was a Manager trying to assist in his absence, but could not help most, so step aside & wait. What happened to people being cross trained? What happens when this person goes on vacation or is sick? She kept trying to send people to other post offices or to go online, really? I was not happy waiting for 20 minutes, but when the clerk returned he had 10 people in line, so more wait & he took his time. I don’t really blame him, but totally not acceptable. I will go to Woodcrest next time, as she suggested.

Cannot reach a person at the post office to speak to them about mail forwarding when I am out of town. The service is awful

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a usps. The gentleman was so pleasant and helpful and kept the line moving so fast. Was in and out in 5 minutes with 3 people ahead of me

I am disappointed that the wait today was about 30mins. 3 people walked out without service. A second person is needed at the front during rush hours. Staffs are pleasant.

Great post office, shocked to see such low reviews. These folks are federal workers and are doing what they can with what little funding the post office has. Yes it’s hard to get ahold of them on the phone. Because they’re understaffed. But they work hard and are always helpful here.

Drove 20 minutes here on a Sunday just to get a "frozen" self-service kiosk (see pic). Had to drive 20 more minutes to a different location that has a kiosk.

For 10 plus years mail to my location is not so good. Missing the latest mail item from Chase bank.We have a window of shame in our building with dail mix ups left on sill.
