Great post office, shocked to see such low reviews. These folks are federal workers and are doing what they can with what little funding the post office has. Yes it’s hard to get ahold of them on the phone. Because they’re understaffed. But they work hard and are always helpful here.

Drove 20 minutes here on a Sunday just to get a "frozen" self-service kiosk (see pic). Had to drive 20 more minutes to a different location that has a kiosk.

If I could give it a zero I would. Called seven times and three times they hung up on me. You can’t use the words US Postal Service and Customer Service in the same sentence.

This is the only Cherry Hill location with self service machine and 24 hour access. Great service and this location opens at 9 am !

1 week straight I have called several times each day to check on a livestock delivery and not once did anyone ever answer the phone. Automated service is garbage! 10% of my delivery was dead when I got it. The postmaster general should be fired immediately!

Richard from The marlkress location is so slow, unorganized , inept and should not hold a customer service position for the USPS. Three people in front of me, 20 minutes later. I had to tell him to put his mask up. At one point he said he had to catch his breath and went in the back and came back out and said " this f-ing virus". He entered the address to where my package was going three times until he got it correct. He needs to be fired !!

I know someone trained to work for this branch brand new, and was injured. They held the persons hard earned checks. I found that to be incredible when they can easily mail it being the post office. Then they fire their employees as retaliation for being injured while training on the job. They manipulate the 90 day rule as a reason to terminate. Moreover, they don’t even have happy customers at this branch. Also from reading the horrible reviews and 2star rating that’s sad and embarrassing to see. I honestly don’t even wanna rate this place one star that’s giving them way too much credit.

The staff is helpful and as efficient as is possible in a government agency. They've pointed out the most cost effective way to mail packages.
