Old lady at the desk is so rude and had a nasty attitude when I walk in . But she was having a whole chat with a gentleman and been nice to him, what a terrible experience! I will never go back to this location .

Went in asking which envelope would be best and the lady was incredibly rude. Stated “I can’t tell you which one to pick”. After i asked further questions, she handed me a different envelope, but made me get out of the office and go back to the end of the line to write the address. Therefore, what could’ve took me 30 secs (all I had to do was write the address on the envelope) took 32 minutes. Incredibly unnecessary and poor customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Rushed out of work just to make it in time which I did, but no one was there and the door was already locked before the closing time!! I still waited there until somebody showed up in there behind the door and by the time he showed up it was already their closing time. He was an old rude man who wouldn’t want to acknowledge me even when I said I’ve been waiting here to be helped and arrived before they closed. He said “go to the other post office” in a very rude manner-even though I was there before they closed, and nobody was in there to help me! They lock their doors before the closing time and just disappear out of sight behind the locked doors so they don’t have to take in customers. That is very unproffesional. The closing time is there for a reason and if I’m there before it, they are obligated to provide service, and a staff should be present to help and open the door. Just people who hate their jobs trying to make everyone else’s day miserable.. save yourself the trouble and go to the next post office

I have never really had great experience with the older lady clerk who is always there. She is very rude and lacks customer service skills and manners. I recommend going elsewhere then coming here.

Unfriendly staff refused to help. I came to send a certified mail and needed a return receipt. When I asked the lady there how to do that, she just said: I don't know. ????... I have to go in and out for three times and check online by myself to figure out what I need. She was just there with a unexplainable smile

Ive been (trying to) use this post office for the last two years since ive lived in the area and its the worst ive ever been to by far. The ONE clerk whos always working is not very friendly, but holds up extremely long lines having absolute nonsense conversations with customers. My most recent experience, I waited almost 10 minutes for her to finish chatting about sandwiches with a lady who was clearly finished, and there were 2 people in front of me still waiting. On top of that… if there is NO line at all, she keeps you waiting for several minutes while does whatever it is shes doing out of sight. Its never an “in and out” experience. Go somewhere else until they get new staff.

All USPS offices are generally terrible experiences. But this one has to be one of the slowest and most annoying. The employees are acting like they are doing you a favor by doing thier job.I mailed several items Dec 22, 2023 & they started to all arrive to my customers Jan 4th 2024. I had a couple payments included and they still havent been posted from my account........ I got a call this morning Sat 6th of overdue payment on AMEX. A card i rarely use so its not registered autopay. It takes far too long even for envelopes for the high cost of stamps. This country is essentially at the edge of the cliff. We need some type of revival, and voting does not seem to be solving the problems.

No issues with this office when I came to send out an international package. The lady was very friendly and helpful. This is the post office I'll be going to from now on.

Post office is very small and sometimes too small for comfort. The staff is very polite and friendly, very helpful staff. Jenna and that staff do an amazing job! Very friendly and helpful.

Even though this post office is in a tiny shopping center it is always busy. The service is great and employees are friendly. There are three employees that I always see and love their customer service. Although I wish that certain customers that come in would leave their anger at home instead of taking out on postal employees. Keep up the great friendly service with a smile, it makes me keep on coming to your post office. .
