The fedex here doesn’t print digital labels out even though fedex says walgreens locations do. The lady also had so much attitude and didn’t wanna do anything and wasn’t welcoming whatsoever.

I contacted the pharmacy, as I was having difficulty administering my medication. The pharmacist was rude and condescending. It felt like she was scolding me rather than trying to assist me. Not the response one needs when they're already not feeling well.

I visited this location today. I was highly impressed by how attentive the staff was. The cashier waiting on the customer in front of me was super patient as the distracted customer kept running after her toddler. While I waited a manager, Kim, assisted me with a coupon question I had. Then, not only did she voluntarily take me to a different register to assure everything went smoothly with my transaction, she compensated me for my time since she was briefly called away to assist the cashier. Her customer service skills are impeccable. I really felt valued as a customer

I was in this store today at about 1:25 pm and needed to buy depends for my mom. A sales associate who later I find out is the manager helped me locate them even though she was helping someone else. Extremely nice and helpful. I go to the register to find no one there. I see a young girl at the photo counter and ask if she can help me. She says I'm the only one here. But can you help me? She then takes her sweet time walking over slowly. I say to her I'm in a rush and if she can walk faster. She gets angry and tells the manager you take care of her and rudely walks away. I had traveled 2 hrs from NY to visit family and my mom had an accident in the car and needed to get the depends to her. It seems that this young girl had a problem with another customer and he said to me that the manager was going to speak to her. The manager was very nice and hopefully she fired this rude kid.

I went to pick up my prescription at 1:00pm today (Saturday), only to find the Pharmacy was closed. There was a sign stating that starting April 2022, the Pharmacy will only be open Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:00pm! What a joke! Believe it or not, I work M-F, 9-6 (like most people). So what am I supposed to do?! I've never heard of a Pharmacy that doesn't have at least Saturday hours. What if my prescription was for something extremely critical??? You should not be in business.Never again!

AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS! They’re not helpful at all, the hours are impossible for anyone with a regular 9-5, and they rarely have standard medications in stock and give you a major attitude if you ask to use the delivery service. So rude and unnecessary. Save yourself the time and pain and go to CVS down the road, or literally anywhere else.

What pharmacy closes on weekends? The ‘pandemic’ is over. Stop using the ‘we’re short staffed’ bull. The CVS’s are fully staffed AND open on weekends. Can’t believe pharmacists refuse to work weekends. Why wouldn’t you close on Tues and Thursday? Would that interfere with the pharmacists weekend getaways? I will never use Walgreens again. You guys are horrible to do this to people….sick people

It is a shame that Walgreens pharmacy is going to lose so much business by changing hours. Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm does not work for the average person to be able to pick up their medication. Changing hours sends a message that they do not care about the people they serve.

Walgreens has been my pharmacy for the past 28 years if not longer. The Cherry Hill location cannot be called a pharmacy. With the new hours of 9:30-6:00 Monday through Friday and closed during the lunch hour and closed on every holiday, it is not a viable place to pick up a prescription. I had a Dr appointment on Friday Memorial Day weekend. Walgreens text me to let me know my prescription is ready. At about 5:00 my co-worker mentioned to me that Walgreens had changed pharmacy hours and were not open on weekends. I could not get to Walgreens by 6:00 on Friday . I called the pharmacy and was told they are also closed on Monday. If my prescription wasn’t a controlled substance they could transfer it to another location with longer hours otherwise “”too bad, you are out of luck” until Tuesday. I could not get my medication from my pharmacy during the banker hours of operation. I was dumbfounded. The pharmacy told me they are operating under traditional business hours. I reminded them that a pharmacy is not a traditional business and people need their medication. With that saiid, I have transferred my prescriptions to CVS in Cherry Hill. They are so nice and friendly. As most people do when picking up a prescription there are at least 5 or 6 items needed when I run into pick up medication. CVS has so much then the Walgreens in Cherry Hill had.

Manager Ashley Hatley is such a poor excuse of a manager, we’ll finally stop going to the Walgreens on marlton pike after 10 years, so sad. Walgreens please choose better managers, if you don’t like your job or have nothing better to do then quit your job. What a FPOS. I hope you see this too Ashley.

Is it so hard for appointments and store hours to match? I showed up for a 7:30 appointment and staff and clinic didn't open till 8. Wtf. It's been two years of Covid and well into the age of having websites and apps. Figure it out Walgreens.

Great store and employees. Has photo and pharmacy in store. There's an in store Labcorp that's very helpful. You can get vaccines at this site. Always check dayes on their dairy products. Photo section has area so you can pick, scan, and order photo without an employee to help. You can order calendars, mugs, and other items with your photos on them.
