Head pharmacist was incredibly rude. Additionally, plan to be there a long time. Even though I was the only person there, it took them over 45 minutes to process and fill a prescription. They told me when they were ringing me up that they only had enough medication to provide a 30 day supply, when the prescription was written for a 90 day supply. When I countered this, they said okay, take a seat and we will redo it. In other words, they realized they had messed up, then lied about their supply to avoid doing more work. Would absolutely not recommend this pharmacy.

8:35am. Store closed, opens at 8am. Staff person at door 8:37 said she was running late and said her manager didn't show up. No sign on door. Hope they're ok, but.... there needs to be a plan for this. I mean... come on.

The head pharmacist is so rude. I thought maybe she was having a bad day so I let it go but this is the 2nd time she's been so rude to me as well as my sister when picking up my parents meds. Walgreens really needs to check her attitude towards their customers.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription at 1:23pm. There was a pharmacist and a tech on the floor. The sign on the drive thru stated the pharmacy is closed from 1:30-pm-2pm. Sat there until 1:26pm when I rang the phone, got an instant answer saying they’re closed. When I stated they should close at 1:30, he explained to me how they close early… so then put that in your sign. The amount of time he spent explaining to me that they close early, he could have grabbed my script (which contained no actual work for him, being it was a cream that comes in a tube).
Advertise the correct times you’ll be open and closed because other people have jobs and specific break times too. The paying customer who arrived on time should be helped instead of sent away and told to come back. Which I’m sure I’ll be stuck waiting an excessive amount of time when I do go back. If you can, use another pharmacy.

Limited customer service. Pharmacy will not provide a day or two of needed medication until Dr refill comes in or even offer to contact Dr for approval. I look forward to no longer using them, even if I have to pay out of pocket at CVS.

I went to pick a perscription up mid day on a Saturday and the pharmacy was totally closed for lunch. What a wasted trip that was.
I never saw a place let all there employees go to lunch at the same time and shut the place down in the middle of the day.

They would rather give covid shots, than fill you much needed prescriptions.
Covid shot should only be given at certain times and days.

I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience with a pharmacist. I don’t want to go back because the pharmacist in charge attacked me for no reason, but I don’t have a choice.
