Very hard time transferring a prescription from them after I moved. I gave up and just going to have the prescriptions rewritten for the new pharmacy. Not worth putting more time into it.

I still visit Wegmans every weekend. Although the prices have changed drastically since pre-pandemic, there are still other items that we desire that are unobtainable at my local Shoprite, so we make the hike to Cherry Hill, Mt. Laurel, or even King of Prussia with a brief mall visit before hand.1 things I will say that I notice b/c I ALWAYS buy from their bakery and their seafood. 1. They not only increased the price of their crab cakes, but they no longer make them in house. So sad.. and an inferior product to their own in house crab cakes. 2. Their cheese cake slices!! From $4 to $5 a slice.... AND they cut them smaller, and today i noticed EVEN SMALLER AGAIN!! JOKE!! They cut their price back to $4.75/slice now, and it's cut even smaller!! And the quality tastes different and inferior to the prior.I'm sure there is a bunch more shortcuts they have made with other in-house products while outsourcing to save and make more $$. Each of us notice certain things that we were big fans of! For me, it was their crab cakes and their cheese cake slices! Both more expensive, both inferior products, and now even made OUTSIDE of Wegmans from a third-party company.

Rude staff and inability to answer questions about delay in prescriptions.

Best fresh fish I've ever bought in decades. It's not cheap but worth it. Of course one has to drive from Philly and pay the $5 toll on returning but it's worth it occasionally.

Simply the best supermarket in the area. Only complaint is the parking lot and entering and exiting the shopping center. That's why I shop at 11pm or first thing in the morning.Prices are much more reasonable than people believe. Their food is always fresh and the staff is great.

This store discriminates against the visually impaired by not turning on sufficient lights in the produce department. There are many shadows and dimly lit areas in the produce department that make it difficult to navigate and to properly inspect produce for quality and freshness. This is a relatively recent change, and I have reported it to store personnel and corporate in the past 2 weeks without the issue being addressed.

Pros: they have a wonderful selection of Latin & Asian foods compared to other wegmans locations. Cons: the cashier checking us out was rude. I'm not from New Jersey, and had no idea plastic bags were banned. At our wegmans in PA they use paper bags. I asked if they had bags and she rudely said "no." Didn't tell me why, didn't tell me I could purchase reusable bags. Good thing I keep plastic bags in my car, otherwise my groceries would have probably gotten ruined during transportation.

Wegmans is what I need it to be. A high quality market, we'll stocked, with polite personnel. I ruined my turkey on thanksgiving morning but Wegmans save my holiday. They had a large never frozen turkey waiting for me. Disaster averted!

My children are on an diet that is free of dyes and other things. Replacing their favorite snacks and treats with a natural option has been hard and expensive. I was able to replace 2 of my daughters favorite things. And it was less expensive (and better tasting!). I know it seems so small. But it was a huge win for me and my family. Thank you.

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy on the planet! They have medicines on the shelf but make you wait 2 or 3 days, if not a week or more, for it. They also appear to choose the most expensive method of payment for you. $199 vs $39! Why make me ask if I would like to pay a cheaper amount?

One star unfortunately is too much for what has become of what was once my favorite supermarket ever. Is it the prepared food? Nope. Still some of the best stuff around! Their Wegmans brand products are second to none but what really is sad is how the customer service has declined. They don't seem to care anymore, they are not helpful anymore and that family feeling of employees caring enough to know your name is gone. Now you have a group of miserable people who look at you like your a stranger or bothering them when you ask a question or for assistance or God forbid go up to checkout. I used to go and ask about ingredients, recipes, wine and beer pairings and I knew I would get knowledgeable, heartfelt answers from people That knew the job, the products and the customers. Now? I wouldn't dare ruin their day by bothering them with a question nor do i believe they really know the answer. Pretty sad what has happened But as you can see from the other bad reviews they don't care and nothing changes because there are enough idiots out there that will continue to patronize this place no matter how much they get shit on.

The Good: Upscale grocery store, Amazingly large selections of products especially organic, Tons of Very fresh fruit and vegetables, Very clean, Very organized and neat product displays. The Bad: Prices rose up much higher during/after pandemic than other grocery stores, especially meat/fish. Staff are not as friendly or abundant as before. The ugly: They don't bag stuff after the single use plastic ban, They have very few checkout lines and tons of self-checkout resulting tons of people with carts to use self-checkout. The Conclusion: If buying a little; go to Trader Joe's in the same plaza for better service. If buying a lot, go to Costco in the same plaza for better price. If you want selection and don't mind the higher prices for an upscale feel (minus the customer service) then go to Wegmans.
