I purchased two pairs of shoes from them online. One pair had a small defect. I took them to their store in Cherry Hill, NJ. I asked if they would give me a discount on the price and I would keep the ones with the defect but their customer service service said No. The mgr of the store said No without any discussion. So I returned them. In my opinion they don't have good Customer Service. They suggested that I return the shoes and reorder them online. No thnx, I didn't want the hassle.

You have a bad team with bad manager they don’t know how to treat with customersThey do t want to work and when you ask them for size they keep saying sold and when I check with them in their iPad for size it’s says there a lot from the same size but they do t want to work they just want to have mint fun with each other conversationBad bad experience

This store should either close or hire new management. It’s dirty, messy, employees are unprofessional. Having worked in retail, I do know how to recover, provide customer service , help the customer choose an outfit etc. No one cares at this location. So disgusting!! Shame on all who work at Zara, Cherry Hill!

This store is the worst! The employees act like the customers own them something, they do not greet you or even try to help you. I felt like an employee more than a customer; the guy at the fitting room did not even want to hang the clothes I did not wanted. He stood next to the rack and asked me to hang them for him! After I left the room, they started laughing, like it was funny. Very unprofessional, very rude. Definitely not coming back.

I bought an item online and returned it at the King of Prussia store in Pennsylvania. I explained to the customer service representative at the register that i bought this outfit on line with a gift card and that I no longer had it. I asked for store credit. She said that it had to be returned to the same method of payment but that “customer service” would know that it was a gift card and would give me store credit. It’s been 4 weeks and I have been calling every day telling Zara customer service that I DONT HAVE the Gift Card!! You sent the money back to a card I can’t access. They won’t help me. They are the worst and I feel helpless.

literally all you’ll see here is staff standing at the edge of the cash registers watching the line grow with no concern. none of the staff have a sense of urgency or even greet guests.

very slow checkout. coming from someone who was a cashier so i’m not simply being judgmental, it’s unreasonable to chat so much and move so slowly. no hello after long wait nothing but empty stares. they seem to walk away randomly from register no supervision also, very messy location, looks horrifying when you walk in.Kids zara checkout isn’t open so have to wait in long regular checkout. not sure why it’s closed the staff over there were chatting too. i won’t be stepping foot into a store that doesn’t have a manager with hourly sales goals and allows lines to wrap around with no care for professionalism

Store was a mess with clothes all over the floor. The perfume section is in the worse spot in-between the checkout line, and was picked through with limited selections. I've seen thrift stores more organized. I'll be ordering online from now on
