I highly recommend Bolt Fitness and Performance to anyone looking to train. My son came back from an injury playing soccer, and the team worked with him patiently and drastically improved his speed and strength . Extremely profession staff and customized training .

Words cannot express how grateful we are to be part of the Bolt family. Our son has been taking Sports Performance classes consistently for the last two years. The Bolt program and expert trainers have played an important role in his mental and physical growth and it has been a joy to watch.

It is a 5-Star experience and worth every penny! I joined to build strength up from 2 major surgeries this year. I’ve been so impressed with their knowledge and how personable and caring they are. Honestly, was the best decision to make this investment. I have so much more energy these days and it’s awesome to feel stronger again. Highly recommend! Special shout out to Greg, Tom & Justin! You guys are rockstars!!! Thank you for everything!

From my mom, Jen-I cannot recommend BOLT high enough. I have been a member for almost 2 years now. Before Bolt, I have tried many things (Barre, Pilates, Spin, CrossFit, and more) but I always dreaded going and never thought I could say that I “loved” exercise. In 2009, I found out I had the Brca gene and went thru prophylactic surgeries to lessen my risk of breast and ovarian cancer. I started menopause early, and over the years found my energy diminishing, my weight slowly increasing and my bones becoming more brittle. When I first joined both, I wanted to lose some weight. I loved that they offered both semi private and small group classes. I loved that they actually met with me prior to joining to discuss my goals and set a plan in motion for me to meet them. I had never really had anything tailored to me before. The trainers got to know me/my goals, and paid attention to every little detail of each exercise so that I would do it correctly to be effective and not injure myself. Exercise slowly became part of my everyday life and I never dreaded going in to start my day. I did lose the weight, toned up, and my energy levels were improved. My goals evolved a little to more bone health. I found out I was in the beginnings of osteoporosis (due to the early onset of menopause from the surgery about 13 years ago). The doctors wanted me to start meds (like Fosamax) which come with many potential side effects. They gave me ONE year to try weight bearing exercises along with calcium and Vitamin D. They said a “good” outcome would me to keep my bones the same as they didn’t expect any bone growth. Two weeks post re-scan now and I am happy to say that my bones actually DID improve, and my results were so good that my diagnosis of early osteoporosis was changed to osteopenia! Even though I am a Nurse Practitioner and know that exercise is good, it became black and white that exercise (and BOLT) really changed my life for the better.

"BOLT Fitness and Performance Training has played a crucial role in my development as an athlete. As a baseball player, success is not only about getting bigger and stronger but also about improving speed, agility, and maintaining overall health in which BOLT strives to help their athletes get better. The atmosphere created by the trainers encourages us to push each other and compete. During every training session, I have enjoyed my time and never failed to laugh while working to improve. The programs are also tailored to meet each athletes specific needs. For example, my focus was on gaining more mobility, and the majority of my program was designed to achieve that goal. On the other hand, someone who needs to gain weight and muscle has a different program. In general, I can't find a single negative of my experience or the results I've achieved during my four-year journey at BOLT!"

If you’re looking for a gym with caring and professional coaches, look no more! BOLT centers the individual needs and goals of their clients in a friendly, functional, and supportive environment. I surprised myself with what I could accomplish with their guidance. They worked with me to accommodate physical limitations, injuries, and scheduling constraints so I could continue to train and work toward my goals. Highly recommended no matter your level of fitness.

BOLT has been a huge help in training myself to run my first half marathon! The staff, especially Greg, have helped me every step in the way of preventing injuries and aligning my workouts with my needs. I’m sincerely grateful to work with such a knowledgeable team and can’t wait to continue my workouts with them in the future.

I've been working out at BOLT for over two years and have worked with Coach Justin Moore for about six years now and it would be an understatement to say that my work with Coach Justin and the team has been a game changer for me on and off the field. As someone who started working out with Justin at a young age, BOLT is the perfect place for an athlete of any age to train and build their athleticism, speed, mobility, and strength from the ground up. Without Justin, Coach Mike Baker, and the rest of the team, I would not be anywhere close to where I am as an athlete and baseball player today, and I am incredibly grateful for how above and beyond they go to help us succeed as athletes and people. Now as a college baseball player, I do not have the luxury to train the full year at BOLT, but I have the opportunity to stay in close contact with the coaches for advice as well as make it a priority to get to BOLT four times a week when I am home over breaks to put in a lot of good work in the offseason. I would strongly encourage athletes of any age that are willing to work hard to start training at BOLT, as the immense knowledge from the team and the care they put into their craft enables the athlete to have a program perfectly tailored to their age, and athletic needs and goals that will ultimately take their game to the next level.

I have been a member at Bolt since 2019.I joined 3 months after i had a total hip replacement. I was feeling old and weak . Due to the coaches never wavering commitment and willingness to meet me where my physical (and sometimes mental) challenges were.I am 68 and am stronger, more balanced and in better shape then i ever have been.By participating in classes and semi-private training; i could still run and climb on the jungle gym with my 4 year old grandson. A priceless gift.PS Tom’s programing and patience has taken 10 strokes off of my handicap (golf). Thank you so much

I've been training at Bolt for four years, and the staff has been instrumental in completely transforming my physique. Coach Justin and the team are truly exceptional! The small group setup allows for personalized attention from the coaches while fostering healthy competition among peers. Additionally, the Sports Performance class is an absolute must for every athlete. Our 14 year old son wanted to get a head start on conditioning for football as he approached us freshman year in high school. We heard of other teens that were attending BOLT and decided to sign our son up!! Well, they far exceed any and all our expectations!! They were knowledgeable, supportive, professional, and our son enjoyed every single session! He has gained muscle, speed, and stamina and is ready for football!! We can’t thank you enough BOLT!! You did an incredible job and we are so thankful!

BOLT is focused on the science of pairing your athlete with the appropriate workout for their sport, position, age, ability level, and whether in- or off-season.Coach Mike and Coach Justin have earned their reputations as elite speed, agility and strength coaches.Spend a session at BOLT, and you'll see numerous local high school athletes with D1 scholarships, and even a few middle school athletes on that path. These athletes have plenty of other options, and their loyalty and trust in BOLT speaks louder than words.
