ATM never works when I need access to my money after hours. Last month it would not disburse money and printed a receipt saying so. I had no choice but to utilize another bank's atm. I called the 800 (on receipt) while doing so to let them know why I was using another bank And to avoid fees. The woman was extremely rude and was of no assistance. I called the Chester branch the next morning and asked that the bank fee be refunded since their atm was not working properly and received fees from both banks when using another bank atm. Nope, sorry they can't refund (even their own fees)! They were of no help and couldn't care less. I said I want to close the account- he said ok do you want to come in now? Didn't even try to problem solve - hey maybe switch to this level account to avoid fees or some other solution? Said they would look into it further and call me back. Never called me! They were rude as well. Last night went back to same atm and the screen touch was not working. Could not get my money. Horrible customer service and upkeep of equipment. It's 2022, pretty sure I should be able to get my money when needed.
