Dry cleaning was good enough for me to overlook how unfriendly the experience is at My Heart but then they lost three of my shirts. They claimed there’s “no way they gave them to someone else” but they can’t find them. Zero apologies and zero ownership of their mishandling of our clothing. I saw similar experiences from others on lost items in reviews. We spent quite a bit with them but are quickly pivoting our business elsewhere. Beware and steer clear of “My Heart” as they certainly don’t “heart” their customers.

I use this place to get my pants hemmed and the lady who does this doesn't speak much English, but she is nice and does a great job. The people at the front are very polite too

We love their services but just that one lady, younger one I would say, is very rude. Husband guy and old lady are both very polite. She is very rude. Today I picked up 2 polos I gave for dry-cleaning and stain removal. asked her if stains are off. Her rude response was "check for yourself"> I paid you $8 p shirt that's 1/4th of cost of my polo to remove stains and I need to check myself?Hope her family can guide her to amend her rude behavior which can unnecessary drive long customers like us away.

I will no longer be using this business due to issues on more than 1 occasion. The first issue was picking up dresses that were supposed to be ready for pick up but were clearly never dry cleaned, and I was told it was because it was stained from spilling wine on the dress, assuming I am a drinker when in fact I am sober. They cleaned it again and magically got the “stains” out. The second occasion was my boyfriend had his tuxedo dry cleaned. He picked it up and brought it to Charleston for the wedding he was a groomsman in when he went to put it on for pictures on it was a size 42 when he is a size 32! They gave him someone else’s pants! We called multiple times to let them know the issue and never got a resolution. Now he is buying new tuxedo pants, out of his pocket, when it was on them. Bad business.Service: Wedding gown cleaning

For the past 20 years I have been able to count on this business. They are friendly and professional. The cost is reasonable and the end result of their work is always good!!

BEWARE! I used to love this place for shoe repairs, but the price of lifts on heels just practically doubled!!! This service used to be $14 and now it is $24… l will going somewhere else from now on!

I Love MY HEART CLEANERS!They really take customers seriously and they do amazing job.I have a very special garment I was wearing on my family gathering a week ago, and i ended up ruining it by accident. Friendly staff, I took my daughter's sweet 16th gown and had my dress altered. They did such a wonderful job. I'll definitely go there again for any alterations and dry cleaning service.

Dry cleaning is provided in a timely manner and prices are comparable to other local places but cheaper than the better cleaners such as Linders in Bernardsville which is further away. Their services are fine for routine cleaning but I wouldn't take any valuable item that you are concerned about in terms of care or shrinkage. Some of the staff do have an attitude and make you stand there when no other customer is present.

First, they are green cleaners so there’s no chemical smell. They do excellent work on shirts boxing or hanging. When you ask for light starch, that’s what you get. I’ve only needed two day service and they have always been on time. They have done an excellent job on the dry cleaning. They are always polite and friendly.
