The worst gas station I ever been to my car was overheating pulled i had asked the Gas station attendant.
if he Had any antifreeze to buy?Then I asked him.Can I get some water until I get to a place that I could get any freeze He said no I don't sell anything like that here.I'm very busy.I said I couldn't get the water.Just show me where it is.No, no I have nothing for you.I will never come back to this gas station again even if I was running out of gas

This place is so expensive it was last resort. Tank on the empty line, pulled into what was supposed to be a 24 hour open gas station (as posted online) and there was just nobody there. So disappointing on top of the miserably expensive price. Do NOT come here. This place is NOT open 24 hours and is WAY too expensive, not even a last resort option. Would give 0 stars if I could and take away the dumb law saying you can't pump your own gas!!!!

Worst service ever. Attendant waited on cars that arrived after us and still stood around until every car was gone. We left without filling up. Never had an experience like this ever. Will never come around here.

I have had my car for about 14 months now and $30 gives me more than half of a tank. Last night I gave the $30 and he puts a 1/4 tank of gas. Sadly for me, I did not ask for a receipt. So save yourself some money and get your gas at a different gas station. Because this Shell has thieves are working to steal your money.

I've been filling my work truck up all over the state for the past 5 years. This is the first shell I've been to where the attendant is blatantly rude. I thought he was just busting my chops, and then I heard him talking to someone else the same way. I'm shocked Shell would hire someone like this in a town like Chester. This dude belongs in a run-down station in the ghetto somewhere.

Beware of the attendant at the pump! Very shady young guy with glasses. Always look if your car is filling up! He didn’t even start it until I got down to see why it wasn’t fueling and acted like he forgot. Bad service!

I take my car here for all service. They never try to up sell me anything. If my car doesn't need it they don't suggest it

I could care less about your price, you don't yell at people, especially my wife. Wife pulled in slowly, basically a normal speed.A car apparently came into the station against traffic, northbound in the southbound lane. Large man working yelled at my wife to reverse, she did. She left bewildered, startled enough to cry when picking me up. I highly doubt this man would have talked to me that way. I had always stopped here about twice a week. Not any more.

They have an air hose, and I inflated my tires. Their mechanics are pretty good and very nice. Their gas is a little too much for me.

I went there to ask some questions and prices and the guy in the front register with the glasses is very disrespectful had me there for over 10 minutes while he was doing work in the computer for something else then ask me how can I help you then told me it's gonna take a few more minutes to let me know how much it cost They need better management because They are rude do not recommend this place find a better place to go to spend your money

I stopped going to this place about a year ago because I found one of the attendants unbelievably rude. His remarks were always insulting. Yesterday (May 6th) morning I stopped by to get some gas. The same rude attendant was there and it didn't go well. I left the place with a bad taste in my mouth. I regret going back and will not make the mistake again.
