Came in here for a day pass today. Owner / operator Zach is rad. Got my workout in no hassle for $25. They have all the stuff for powerlifters. Oh the dog Tucker is good people too. Real good boi. Great gym experience. 10 / 10 would recommend to a friend.

This place is awesome. Highly recommend to anybody looking to change their life for the better and improve their health and fitness. The staff and coaches are so nice and motivating. The community is awesome!

I would give STF more stars if I could!! The coaches are very nice, they always greet you with a smile and encourage you to do your best and the facility is well-kept. I went for the 6-week challenge and are now a member. Love it.
