The listing says they are open from 10 to 3 on Sunday, but upon arrival, I was greeted with a closed on Sunday sign on the door. I sent an update to Google, so hopefully it will be corrected and customers won't drive here as I did, and waste their time.
I have no problem with them closing on Sunday, in fact, they should, but the online listing can't say they are open.

As a regular customer to this store
mostly for shipping & color prints, but also the occasional fax and notary service, I’m in the store a few days a week. The employees are all professional and so helpful even when the line wraps around and outside with the endless Amazon returns. Please keep in mind the store makes next to nothing for handling these endless returns. I personally have scaled way back on my Amazon buying for many reasons I try and shop local as much as possible. So if you frequent this store for your Amazon returns please also go for all your shipping & printing needs as well. Love to make Color Prints of my Art Work. The Color is amazing!

I go here often for Amazon returns and have never had anything but a positive experience! The manager, Maria, is so hard working & always very helpful, as is her staff! This location can get busy but I’ve never waited more than a minute or two to be helped! I highly recommend!

I had 2 Amazon returns to make and ended up getting to the store at exactly 7 PM. I have been trying all week to get to the store but I have a baby at home so sometimes it's hard to leave the house. I'm not sure his name, but the man who was working on April 1 at the closing shift was so kind to not turn me away even though I got there at closing time. Not only did he not turn me away, but happily helped me. I will definitely be using this location again thanks to the great customer service I received.

I mailed out a valuable package to my son in Reno, and when he received it he called me. I haven’t given it a second thought since. I just received a call from Maria at the Chester NJ USP and in such a sweet and genuine voice she started to apologize for the late call. They’ve been so busy they didn’t have a chance to call me until now to let me know my package arrived in Reno save and sound. Now that’s service. My USPS driver gives me packages that belong to people on a completely different street (seven times in two months) she leave packages out by the street in the pouring rain instead of putting them on my covered porch. If I could have everything shipped to me USP I would. I sure don’t use anyone else to ship out. Thanks again Maria!!!!!

Just shipped some items. Younger clerk working here has an unfriendly attitude for a customer facing role. Maybe a bad day for him today but just being friendly would make a world of difference.

Fabulous service by this UPS store in Chester!! The staff is very helpful and supportive of printing and shipping needs. The turnaround is always prompt and the prices are affordable. This is the best store for your printing and shipping goals!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Maria for the exceptional service I received. You and your team did an amazing job with designing and printing a special poster for my best friends son who was coming home from the hospital. I truly appreciate the super quick turnaround. It’s not often that you encounter such professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness all in one place!

Amazing customer service by Maria and staff. A rushed very large print order (in the thousands) was fulfilled over a holiday weekend and after hours. Commitment to getting it done is exactly what was needed when a customer like myself walks in with anxiety about how the heck is this going to get done!

I must be in the Chester UPS Store once a week minimum. They're always nice and very accommodating. I popped in there today to return something straight from the gym. I had no wallet, credit cards, cash - nothing. Normally when I'm returning to sites such as Amazon or one of the Asian sites it's free they cover the cost of returns. This time in particular I had so many small boxes they needed to be contained in one large box, and I really didn't feel like going home and finding a box that would facilitate so many smaller boxes, nor did I have any money on me - fiat or otherwise - to pay for one of their boxes. Now I don't want to get anyone in trouble, and I will absolutely go back and pay for the box that this young gentleman "waved" for me "this time" he could very well have not done this, and again if this gets him into any sort of a bind; I will without question return and pay for whichever receptacle that he "waved" for me. This is how customer service is supposed to work! I believe his name was Matt, or potentially Kevin. Whatever the case may be, he is an asset to the UPS Corporation and more specifically that Chester location. If for any reason this puts his job in jeopardy - which I doubt it will - I will without question hire him. I say all this to say, thank you to that young man for keeping my day convenient, and being a little flexible, which is essential in business. So again, thank you sir, I owe you one!
*Edit* upon further investigation ( I returned to the store today) there is no David or Brian that works there. There is a Kevin or Matthew, I have to assume it was one of these young gentlemen. So, my fear of potential retribution from their boss essentially gives them both plausible deniability. Anyway great store great service! Thank you again my friend, I'm quite certain I'll see you again and we'll get this name thing straightened out.
