Previously had a pretty good experience when getting a phone here. The frustrating part is coming back to this store and sitting down and not being acknowledged. I have no problem problem with waiting its a retail store, but that left me frustrated.

I’ve completed two new phone exchanges at this location for both of my kids and the service is absolutely excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding and not pushy on the products. There is no other retail location I would go to in the area to handle my Verizon needs.
