Sometimes I go there and I like to use coupons to get some items, today I went and there’s a guy in the front who wears glasses and he ALWAYS acts annoyed when I use coupons… today I asked him a question about the transaction and he just ignored me… I said also thank you like 3 times for him and he even answered… and started talking to another client! That’s not the first time he does this with me, but today I’m done and I had to write this review, the people who works there and HORRIBLE the way they treat their customers…. I’m not stealing anything and I’m trying to save money using coupons and they always act annoying and roll their eyes and don’t help me when I need!

I called and talked to the pharmacist Mr. Kent.
He was super polite and answered all my questions very calm, nice and clear. He wasn't in a rush. I told him that I was passing by to get the medications that he recommended and he told me to ask for him.
I went to the pharmacy and he went with me to get what he recommended and told me how to use it.
The world needs more people like him. It was absolutely an amazing experience. He was again very respectful and calm.

If I could give zero stars I would. Prescription for narcotic was filled for 10mg when the script was for 20. Was told I would not have to wait when I arrived back. I still had to wait, and the pharmacist completely ignored me. Never even looked my way to apologize for the inconvenience and the big problem It would’ve caused if I didn’t notice it.

One of the ladies working here is very rude and disrespectful. Not sure who she is but seems like in higher management position. Don’t think it’ll come in for pharmacy service or buying stuff anymore.

Place is ridiculous. The staff is be nice but the disorganization is crazy. How can i get a phone call a week/days before, then i go in to pick it up and magically it’s not ready. This has happened the last 5 times i’ve went in. Consistently told 5 minute wait then i’m sitting for 20 minutes. Please just stop calling if it’s not even filled!! It’s crazy

Almost every time I go to pick up from the Pharmacy there is a problem. I get a phone call saying my prescription is ready for pick up but when I get there it is not and or it is a another store. I can go on and on about how many times they messed up the order but basically decided not to buy from them and take my business elsewhere. I missed the day of owner operated Pharmacy

If I can give a 0 star it would be great ! My sister went in yesterday for a Nebulizer mask for her Asthma treatment. James the pharmacist told her no that she needs a prescription. Well thanks to him she is in the hospital. Supposedly 20 years of experience never did I ever heard that u need a prescription for a mask.

I always find there to be a good selection of items here, and rarely have trouble finding what I'm looking for, but the employees are friendly and helpful in directing me if I don't know where something is already. I also do a lot of returns here through the Fedex dropoff at the front counter, and I'm in and out in no time every time! Super easy and I'm grateful to have this service here.

Website says that walk-ins are welcome for COVID 19 booster. I walked in and they told me that I needed to make an and that no appt. we’re available until the following week. Turned away.
