I've had one dog or other boarded here, for two weeks or less. over the past 15-20 years. They have always been happy to enter and happy to return home. The staff have always been pleasant.

Golden Grange has taken care of 2 of our dogs and one attended puppy kindergarten! From the kennels, to grooming to puppy class first class all the way. The staff are kind and professional and the facilities are spotless.

Stationed my dog there for three weeks. Picked him up with a torn ligament in his leg and no voice. He was perfectly ok before we dropped him off. Staff is negligent and aren't transparent with how they treat our pets.

NEVER send your dog here!!! Picked my dog up after a week and she was off balance and limping and had some blood on her face. Asked the workers what happened and they didn’t have any answers - said she wasn’t like that an hour ago. The owner was not there - we reached out to him and got no response. Very unprofessional and a very traumatic experience for myself, my kids and my dog.

The owner is wonderful and the staff is very helpful. I took my dog there for both training and boarding. We came back to tons of training classes because my dog, family and myself really enjoyed it!

When I dropped my dog off to board here for the very first time, I asked the staff if I could tour the facility. I was never offered the chance to view the facility when I had them review my paperwork a few days before. After the staff acknowledged my request, I handed my dog to the staff member and proceeded to follow her back to the kennel. Two staff members allowed me to go back to the kennel. After 30 seconds of being back there I heard a man yell and wave me over to him. When I walked over he proceeded to yell at me that I wasn't allowed back there. Having told him that his staff allowed me back and he should not be yelling at me, he yelled, I am not yelling and I objected that he was. He turned to me with a frustrated face and stormed off out the door. I allowed my dog to stay at the facility without incident. When I returned to pick my dog up, I asked to speak with the owner. They called him on the phone and at first he wouldn't come to the building. I stood in the lobby and he arrived. When I mentioned my displeasure of the way he treated me, his customer, he did not seem to care. I will NEVER board my dog here and will not recommend this facility to anyone. They also do not communicate effectively, their forms say that you purchase a Kong for treats while your dog stays there and you get the Kong. I asked the girl for my dogs Kong and she said, oh we don't do that anymore. I laughed and said you might want to take it off the paperwork that you clients complete.

I have been going to Golden Grange Kennels for many years. I trust everyone there with all my heart. I know my pup is well taken care of and loved. The Lady who does the grooming is absolutely fantastic. I’ve recommended her many times. I cannot say enough good things about her and Golden Grange kennels♥️??

We highly recommend Golden Grange for kenneling. We recently took a week long vacation. We typically don't kennel our dogs but had to in this case. Our two boys were taken care of extremely well. The manager and employees are friendly, patient, communicate clearly, & detail oriented. The facility is clean, organized and well managed. We were very pleased with their services in caring for our pups.

Brought our 3 year old rescue dog there for obedience training. Great experience. Trainer and assistants were very nice.
