“My son started attending this daycare in late October, shortly after turning four, and my daughter started in March, shortly after turning two. Overall, we have had a very positive experience.

One thing I have especially appreciated is the staff's understanding, flexibility, and communication when unexpected situations arise. It is reassuring to know they are willing to work with families and provide support when needed.

The transition from our previous daycare was a big adjustment for our family, and the staff made the process much easier. They took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and help us feel comfortable every step of the way. Trusting your children with people you do not know well is never easy, so their kindness and support meant a lot to us.

I also appreciate the events and activities they host throughout the year. The children enjoy them, and it is nice to have opportunities for families to be involved and connected to the daycare community.

I have also enjoyed seeing both of my children learn and grow here. My son's teachers have been willing to provide more challenging work when requested, and my daughter's teachers have been supportive and consistent with her potty training, helping reinforce the routines we use at home. The staff is always approachable and willing to help whenever I have questions or concerns.

Something else I appreciate is the positive atmosphere among the staff. There seems to be a genuine sense of teamwork, and that kindness and care carry over into their interactions with the children. Most importantly, I feel confident that my children are well cared for, happy, and excited to be there. We are grateful for everything they do and look forward to continuing our time here. Based on our experience, I would gladly recommend this daycare to other families looking for a caring, supportive, and engaging environment for their children.”

“We chose the Goddard School for our children for many reasons. I was impressed by the school’s wholistic early education curriculum which fosters learning through creativity, self expression, developing quality social interactions and interpersonal skills, as well as HAVING FUN! The choice was easy after taking a tour and meeting the Owner, Christine Matthey, who shows an extreme level of compassion, empathy, patience, and experience working with young students. I felt “at home” during our meet and greet and knew my children would be in the best care.
I very much appreciate the quality care my children receive with educators who take their jobs seriously but also visibly adore teaching and caring for our children. Every teacher/ assistant teacher I have met is patient, professional, compassionate, and take wonderful care of our children while helping them grow to meet their full potential as “little learners”. My children ( ages 5 and 21 months) are always excited to see their teachers and development has really grown in behavior, language skills, emotional regulation, and curiosity. The Goddard School promotes high parental involvement and we are able to carryover what our children are doing at school through books/activities at home. Above all else, my children are happy and thriving at the Goddard School.
We love being involved with our children’s school and happily accept invitations to volunteer and participate in school activities. Thus far, we have attended and end of Summer BBQ and participated in the Halloween Trunk or Treat. Both of which were a blast! The opportunities to show up and be a part of the classroom are very welcomed. This is more than just a job for these teachers, The Goddard School feels like a family.”

“This daycare is easily the best decision my husband and I made. Pam put us at ease from the very first day our son attended. We were already so nervous about switching daycares as we just moved to the area and we knew the transition would be tough for our son who had made so many friends in his previous school. I was nearly in tears the first day we dropped him off. Pam stayed with him to get him adjusted to the classroom and even checked in with me to let me know how he was doing. I love that at kiddie academy, our child isn’t just one of the many kids who attend this daycare. Many of the staff members know my son by first name and greet him whenever they see him. You can tell how much they care for each and every child in this school. I read countless reviews when deciding on a daycare for my child. I had literally lost sleep researching all the daycares in the area and reading reviews from other parents. I knew after we toured kiddie academy Hamilton that this is where our son would excel. He’s been attending for a few short months but WOW, we have seen such a huge change in him! He speaks more at home, has picked up so many new words and phrases and our once VERY picky eater (who would only eat goldfish and teddy grahams) was eating nutritious meals provided daily by the school and using utensils!
