He was beyond professional in handling my claim, very detailed about the work to be done and the turn around time was exactly on point!!! He answered all my questions My car was is in excellent condition when I was hit in the rear and when he finished it looked beautiful! The blending of the paint and the fitting of the rear bumper, trunk, the rear glass, all Subaru insignias, replacing the rear inside trunk casing for my extra tire/rim were impeccable. Michael is also beyond knowledgeable about car repair having been in the business a long time! Happy to see his son continuing the high quality auto shop and i have to assume his staff is equally caring about the work they do. “I took my truck to Caliber Collision to have my door repaired. Due to some insurance issues, the repair process was on hold for a while, but throughout the entire process, Angelo kept me informed with daily updates and excellent communication.
Once the insurance issue was resolved, the repairs were completed, and I was able to get my truck back. Angelo and the entire crew did a wonderful job. I would also like to recognize the lady at the front desk, who was always helpful, communicative, and pleasant to work with.
