“Update: I went back to the car wash and spoke with the manager working. He was polite and understanding and ran my car back through the wash watching at each station to see what happened. As it turns out, it is the tire shine but it was not a machine malfunction. The tire shine is sprayed onto the lower part of the tire and then a rotating brush spreads it across the remainder of the tire as the vehicle rolls forward. The style and shape of my wheels caused the bristles from this brush to fling the tire shine onto the sides of my car. This does not seem to be an issue with the vast majority of wheels but it is with my wheels. As the tire shine is included with all but the most basic wash package I asked how I can avoid this. The manager told me I can just tell the attendant at the entrance to deselect the tire shine option for my car as it goes through. I am very satisfied with this outcome and will be buying the monthly membership. The only thing that could make this better would be if they offered a multi vehicle discount as we have 4 vehicles between my wife and I. I have attached a new photo of my car after going through the wash without the tire shine option.The below is what I wrote to the car wash through their “Contact Us” link on their website as there is no option to speak with someone over the phone. I will update this review with their response and the outcome.I went through the car wash located on Route 130 in Cinnaminson yesterday May 17th. I was interested in getting the monthly membership, and was going through as a test run. I purchased the Ultimate wash with Ceramic shield. The wash did get my car nice and clean however the tire shine was sprayed all along both sides of my car leaving it very spotted, oily, and dirty immediately after the wash. I noticed after I arrived home, and it was not convenient for me to return right away. I’m not sure if this was an issue with the equipment that day, maybe the nozzles were misaligned or it malfunctioned. I have attached some pictures as I would like to send you to show what happened. I am not satisfied with how my car looked but would like to give your wash another chance in case it was a malfunction with the tire shine sprayer. I do feel that I should not have to pay for a new wash and would like to receive a complimentary wash to replace the one from yesterday and see if it comes out better this time.Service: Auto detailing”

“My car had been very dirty from the snow and salt! I thought it was time for a wash and I was pleasantly surprised how clean my car is post Car Wash and still is today. It’s awesome to have a clean shiny car to drive around. The workers seemed nice so I hope they appreciate my tip I left !Services: Auto interior vacuuming”
