Super friendly staff !!! I went to open an account and fix an old account and they offered me a bottle of water, allowed me to use the restroom. The banker named Jonas was super friendly with a positive attitude. Made me feel good about myself with the way he was trying to go out of his way to make sure I was good.

No one at the branch ever answers the telephone. Everything is a process there is never a resolution to an immediate problem.

We drove all the way from Montgomery County PA to get a home owners claim check signed because this was the closest one to us.40 minutes l later we get there just to be told they are busy and not that they can't help us, that they won't because they are closing soon. Something along the lines that they are busy and their online system might be working very slowly, so we needed to go somewhere else.They directed us to the location in Delran that might not even be able to help us. We are there now and I don't know if they can help us but I wanted to share the sham customer service you get at the Cinnaminson location. If you're looking for a location that cares about you on top of the money you have with them don't go here.Shame on them. I'm reporting this incident to corporate.
