However, the inventory is a major drawback—more often than not, I walk in and leave completely empty-handed because the selection for men's apparel and shoes is severely lacking. Great for a quick browse, but don't count on finding a solid men's outfit or shoes.”

Dear John is the brand and the person who helped me knew her stuff — she brought in the size 0 which I have never been in my life! They were perfect.
