“Very happy with our experience! Husband wanted a sycamore tree for our property, and a second tree of my choosing for another spot on the property. Neighbors suggested trying Axtens, and I went down during the day with my son. First, the gentleman that helped me was extremely patient, as my son was a little rambunctious, but he was able to work around that while still assisting. Secondly, the knowledge he had on the trees I was searching for, was incredible! We settled on a London Plane hybrid and he suggested a Serviceberry/Shadblow for the second tree, to fit our desire of trying to stay native. Great suggestion! Both trees look amazing and the delivery process was quick and easy. Thank you!”

Imagine going to a bin and finding what is supposed to be there actually in there! The plumbing and electrical sections are similarly well maintained. I made my order online, but Rose Velt Florist stayed in contact with me through email and text advising me of the status of my order right up to when it was delivered. My aunt loved the floral arrangement stating that the flowers were bright, beautiful, and fresh. I will definitely order from them again.”
“Absolute transformation is an understatement. I moved to a new home and the back yard was a total disaster. I contacted A&J and one of the owners, Anthony, came out and personally looked at my yard. He helped me go through ideas to make the yard useable. “Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills.Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”
