“Eve was absolutely phenomenal and she was phenomenal authentically. We went in to get our unit and lock and let her know that the unit we selected smelled of moth balls. I’m pregnant and I cannot handle the idea of things we love potentially smelling like that forever. Without hesitation, Eve helped us into a new unit and made sure we were aware of all the things to come with our contract. She was so lovely and I’m thankful our experience today was so positive!! 10/10 for Eve!”

“I have to sing my praises of this UHaul and in particular, employee Lee. My husband was on his way there and ran out of gas. Rather than aid my husband, I went to uhaul to try to secure our rental before they closed on a Saturday evening. I called to let them know my gps said I wouldn’t get there until right at closing time. Lee was very kind and told me to come on and he would take care of me. Well, not only did Lee take care of me after closing, but he actually missed his bus as a result. On a Saturday night! I felt awful and still do to be honest. I offered to drive him somewhere but he didn’t take me up on it. Nonetheless, it’s really hard to find employees who would risk missing their bus to do a trailer rental. His kindness brings tears to my eyes and I hope that Lee gets the recognition he deserves! 10/10 would recommend.”
