  If I could give no stars to this establishment I would. Priscilla had no idea what she is doing and is rude. This place is unorganized and I would not recommend it to anyone. They will over charge you for no reason. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

  Horrible customer service. The manager was rude and took forever. Complained that we didn't want a full package for a hitch install. Only needed certain parts. Definitely would just buy the hitch and have someone else install it
