U-Haul Moving & Storage of Cinnaminson provides excellent customer service, described as the best U-Haul experience. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond. One employee stayed after closing on a Saturday night to complete a rental, even missing a bus to assist a customer. Another was very kind and provided a tutorial on installing a hitch. However, a comment for U-Haul in general notes that customers can feel penalized for returning a truck when the gas level is slightly off from the original amount, suggesting the company should be more lenient. Despite this policy concern, the store itself receives high praise and is highly recommended for its exceptional and kind staff.

This U-haul location is the best one I’ve been to yet, the staff is just amazing and very helpful. Desiree was extremely professional and kind, Mike was also very helpful. They were both completely knowledgeable and had great costumer service
