I believe she was the manager, white woman, late 30’s or early 40’s tried to pressure me into purchasing the insurance even though I had renters insurance which covers personal property(10% extended off premises) and liability coverage. She repeatedly told me that renters insurance doesn’t cover it and that I needed homeowners insurance. I’m an insurance agent so I called her out on it. She finally gave in but told me that uhaul would contact me at a later date to force their insurance on me. Obviously they never did, because it wasn’t true. I get pressure sales to hit goals and make money, but once you flat out lie it’s crossing the line. Unfortunately now that I no longer need the storage unit, I won’t return to uhaul as a customer because of this experience.

I have to sing my praises of this UHaul and in particular, employee Lee. My husband was on his way there and ran out of gas. Rather than aid my husband, I went to uhaul to try to secure our rental before they closed on a Saturday evening. I called to let them know my gps said I wouldn’t get there until right at closing time. Lee was very kind and told me to come on and he would take care of me. Well, not only did Lee take care of me after closing, but he actually missed his bus as a result. On a Saturday night! I felt awful and still do to be honest. I offered to drive him somewhere but he didn’t take me up on it. Nonetheless, it’s really hard to find employees who would risk missing their bus to do a trailer rental. His kindness brings tears to my eyes and I hope that Lee gets the recognition he deserves! 10/10 would recommend.

Susan, the manager, is one of the most disrespectful I have ever met. Not only will she prank call you from the work phones, email you from the work computers, but she will also sleep with your husband on her lunch break. Super unprofessional. Be careful going to this store and dealing with her!

The customer service here is the best uhaul experience I've ever had. I needed a hitch and the guy was more than helpful, and even showed me a tutorial on how to install and remove. The staff is super friendly and literally couldn't have asked for a better store to work with for this experience!

The worst uhaul ever. Will never use again. Overcharge for everything. Priscilla Had no idea what she is doing. I will make sure to tell everyone not to go here. You will get ripped off and have terrible customer service. There are much better companies to deal with if you are moving. Save yourself the hassle and headache of using these people especially the one in Cinnaminson

This comment is for U-Haul in general: customers should not be penalized for returning a truck because the gas level is barely off from its original amount. It is not like you give a discount when someone returns a truck with extra gas in it, so you should be a little lenient with the gas level. I have used U-haul many times over many years and have always returned my trucks with extra gas and I felt kind of slighted to be penalized when I was off by two gallons. Everything else was great, but that one thing really bothered me.

If I could give no stars to this establishment I would. Priscilla had no idea what she is doing and is rude. This place is unorganized and I would not recommend it to anyone. They will over charge you for no reason. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

Well on this location gossiping texts are more important than customers. The associate was asked for assistance and she directed me to the location of the items. After unable to locate the Items associate was ask for assistance once again, she walked over (text chat still opened), and asked if I don't see the item. After she looked for the same she realized there were no more items left. She walked away stating the item is out of stock. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend customer to visit this location if you are planning on wasting time waiting on service.

This was the worst U-Haul company I have ever use. They were charging me for miles that I didn't use. Their computer had one starting number and the truck had another. They were trying to charge me for 15 more miles that I didn't used. Good thing I took pictures before and after the trip. Just like one person said the manager was rude and in a way calling me a Liar. All I wanted was for them to return money back to me that they were charging me for. Thank God there was a young man who worked there, helped me show her I was telling the truth. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN."Word of mouth can do two things, Help you or Hender you."

Do Not Use! Called multiple times to book and confirm a hitch installation. Had a confirmation email as well. When I arrived, I was not in the system and they said they wouldn’t have a hitch for a month. I showed my confirmation and then they tried to blame me for not calling location. Actually, I did callLocation! Apparently when they get busy the phones are answered by customer service unbeknownst to me! No hitch and no service.
