I usually have no issues at this UPS location — the staff always print my Amazon return label and seal my package for me, as Amazon covers the cost for this service. This time, however, one staff member (the heavier-set woman) told me I had to bring it already sealed, which has never been the case before. I left with my package instead, as other employees here have always been much more helpful.

Owner is a cheapskate and you can't get a UPS envelope from him unless you are paying for overnight or 2nd day. 3 day saver or ground he said no. (his own words) Anything else he makes you pay for an envelope that should be for free. I confirmed this with another UPS that private owners have wacky rules like this to make extra $$. Shipping is already expensive enough. See ya.

new employee very rude i wasn't able to ship my package. I'm thinking about canceling my box and go somewhere else.
I WENT BACK THE SECOND DAY. THE OWNER IS VERY HELPFUL. I THINK HE NEEDS TO TALK TO HIS EMPLOYEE BUT I'M GONNA CHANGE MY REVIEW BECAUSE HE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT.

I would rate The UPS Store an 8. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the convenience of having a variety of services in one place. However, sometimes the wait times can be a bit long, especially during busy hours. Overall, I find it a reliable and efficient option for my shipping and printing needs.

Love this place. Very helpful and patient. Let’s face it no one wants to do returns. And to be honest some of the employees at the United States postal service are just miserable. Not all but many. Thanks for the great service with a smile ?

This place has 0 stars when it comes to customer service. Tenvir, the guy at the front desk was super aggressive and nasty when I asked why a return package needed additional packaging. His manger had to come up and apologize profusely over his piss poor behavior. Will not be coming back.

I am a small business owner, I ship ice cream sandwiches nationwide. I drive all the way from Philadelphia to this store because they have very helpful staff and great customer service.
