DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Tried to return a package and the owner said the package was damaged ( It was not damaged it just needed to be taped a little bit) The owner wouldn't even give me tape to use. I had to buy tape. UPS is a million dollar company and you mean to tell me that the owner of the store in Cinnaminson couldn't help me tape up a few pieces on my box, so ridiculous. So I had to buy tape and a nice customer went out of his way to help me tape up the box. Not one employee stepped in to help me at all. And the box was really heavy. Sometimes going to extra mile for customers can go along way. I made a formal complaint at UPS corporate and hope to hear back from them soon. If these big companies like Amazon are going to allow returns then Stores like UPS needs to be equipped with tape to help customers. I would NEVER be back here again!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling. Went to return an Amazon package and the guy was super rude. Not only that, but he messed up a return and now we can't send it back to Amazon. Second issue comes when we need a refund for a late shipment that was guaranteed and they tell us to call customer service despite knowing the STORE has to handle it, which took 1.5 HOURS on the phone with 5 DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES to find out. NEVER using this location again, and highly advise you not to either.

They tell you you need to buy a box for Amazon returns and it’s not true. I complained to Amazon. They are a rip off. Do not do business here.

Smells worse than grandma's perfume with all of the chemcial plug ins.. good for a nice headache. Most of the staff are emotionless ?

Staff was efficient, professional while being personable and helpful even when there was a line in the store. Although there were a number of people in the store looking to drop off, the process was smooth and well organized.

This store is awful. This was my first & last time there. I had a big return & as soon as i walked in the store the young man working there mumbled under his breath looking at me something I asked him what he said he stated “oh nothing”. There was no greeting from him nor the woman working there. I was told that they DONT retape orders up and that i would have to purchase tape, which was not like the ups I normally go to but was fine they said that. As frustrating as the whole process was, the woman barely wanted to speak to me & was short with me. However, randomly, she says I will charge you for the tape when I did leave the store yet. If you do not like micro aggressions nor bad customer service this is not the store to go to.

Be patient with these girls. They are hard workers and they are kind to all their customers. I feel bad when I see these long lines with just 1 or 2 of these girls working there and people getting inpatient with them. Working under pressure is not easy. So I respect these workers for putting up with these rude people.

It's amazing how there's a long lube of people here and one poor girl to service everyone. But there's people in the back laughing and talking away and would not come out to help.

No issues ever worth this place and I use it mainly to make my Amazon returns. You have to make sure you pay attention to the return method on Amazon itself as some stuff you can return with no package and others you need to print the label and package it yourself. If you pay attention and don't expect something different when you get there you'll have zero issues.

Purchased a overnight package with extremely important documents. Guaranteed delivery by 10am the next day. They shipped the package to Georgia then put it back on a truck to NY. Went missing for two weeks. In order to get my settlement from the insurance company for my totaled trailer I had to leave work, get notarized papers signed, then pay another $92 to overnight that. Promised a refund for my original purchase and nothing 6 weeks later. Store says call company. Company says call store. Shop elsewhere.

Amazon returns.....don't do it! We've been to this location 3 times. The first time I had one thing to return. The second time my husband had one thing to return and they wouldn't take it. They said because he didn't have a box though he was taking it back the same way it was delivered. I couldn't believe it. The third time I had a pretty big order so I tried to return it. Some of the items came separately In one box while the other came in a box of its own. I went to this place with the two boxes and they refused to take it because they weren't in one box together. They wouldn't be able to fit in the same boxes and I wasn't about to buy a box. I just left from dropping these items off at a different location with no issue. Quick suggestion with Amazon Returns 1. If it arrives in its own manufacture's box with pictures on it take it to a drop off place that doesn't require a box or label. 2. If everything won't fit in one box either process the return separately or take it to a place that doesn't require a box or label. Good luck
