Not sure what is consistently awry at this location. I can only assume that the issue is lack of manpower, or long-term, poor management. The store is marginally stocked, and always looks like it has been hit by a zombie apocalypse.Shelves are empty, mixed-up, or in general disarray. Half the items have no prices on the shelves, and many of those items that appear priced are over the wrong price sticker, forcing you to search for the correct price.Checkout has a long wait at either the self-checkout (after the use of which you will be considered a suspected shoplifter), or the one or 2 cashiers who are open.Walmart clearly disrespects its customer base, by keeping their customers waiting in line. There is a saying that "time is money" and I value my time.Factor in all the above, I rarely shop at Walmart anymore.

I don't understand all the negative reviews... I've been going here since they opened and never experienced any of the problems that some of these people are complaining about... This store is clean and well kept for the most part... The employees are friendly and helpful... When this Walmart opened it wasn't small but after they finished the renovations it became much bigger... It appears to be bigger than the Burlington Walmart...A few things bother me in the parking area... First some of the customers are to lazy to put their carts in the corral or bring them back to the store... Quite a few carts are left in the Handicap parking area... This Walmart has a customer pick up parking area... Where the employees come out and load the customers vehicles... I think this is a good idea, that area has very wide parking spaces...

Walmart Cinnaminson NJ store number 2871 has a terrible pickup department. I am cancelling my Walmart Plus subscription effective immediately. They had me waiting over an hour for one item. It's like no one works. When you ask questions they tell you they don't know anything, yet they're representing the store brand. They're in there but scatter about pretending to be busy when they are not. Im no longer sold on the Walmart Plus subscription service because Walmart Cinnaminson lacks proper professionalism. They really should hire associates that actually care about their jobs. You would not catch me spending one red cent there ever again. It feels like you're in the hood while sitting there, like waiting in a welfare, social services line. To even give them one star is literally giving then too much credit.

I went in, and tripped over one of those Wet Floor signs. A worker LAUGHED at me. I continued onto the clothing department, and saw a really cute dress with Belle from Beauty and the beast on it. However, when I checked, they didn't have it in my size. The biggest was a youth Small! Like, what?! Just because I'm 24, I can't like a princess?! And the Subway in the store smelled too strong. Like, waay too good, yk. I couldn't stand it. Then, i heard 6ix9ine playing and I was lie NOOOOOOPE IMA GET OUTTA HERE. Terrible xperience.

If i could give NEGATIVE i would ! Same as employees attitudes ! Worst managment ever ! Loss prevention A JOKE they are so freaking busy watching ppl they "labeled " as they came in the door convinced they are thiefs that it becomes harassment!meanwhile i stood by and watched 2 men fill their carts up and leave without paying! Jokes on Walmart thats there fault for letting that type of loss prevention look out for the financial well being of the store

Almost as bad as the one in Burlington, which is pretty much a 1-star experience. Just came from here today, and took the trip because the Burlington Walmart is just so trash that I wanted to avoid it at all costs. Turns out, Cinnaminson is just as trash as Burlington. First, the store was PAAAAAAACKED. I don't know WHAT they were giving away or what, but there were SO many people there. That doesn't mean that there was enough staff to actually assist however. At this Walmart, they have all the spray paint behind glass doors. Needing spray paint, I go to the paint department and wait.....and wait.......and wait. There's no one working in paint to unlock the glass doors. SO, I walk LITERALLY TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE to find a singular employee that is on the clock. I find one, and ask her for assistance in paint. She says that she will get someone from electronics to help. So, I go back to paint, and wait.....and wait.....and wait. An employee lumbers past. I ask him for assistance. He says he will get someone......so I wait....and wait......and wait. It has literally been 20 minutes since I've embarked on my quest for spray paint. Finally, I go to electronics and grab one of the associates. He comes over with keys, but, and I'm not kidding, he only has the key for ONE of the 4 glass doors. I'm dead serious. And the ONE he is unable to unlock is NOT the one I need. Not wanting to wait anymore, I just grab a comparable spray paint, (not the one I wanted.) NOW, I head over to the fabric section. I find a fabric I need, but there's no one there to cut it for me. SO, I begin my journey to find help again. An associate walks by and asks if we need help. "Yes, we do." Ok, she can cut our fabric, but doesn't know how to print the tag for the price. She'll find someone who can. At this point, I leave the misses on post at the fabric center while I go food shop. I hear on the loud speaker that an associate is needed in fabric. Meanwhile, I go get EVERYTHING I need from the grocery section and come back. This is another 15-20 minutes later. An associate comes up and says she can help. She unfurls our fabric and gets ready to give us the ONE DAMN YARD of fabric that we need. But wait.....THERE'S NO SCISSORS AT THE FABRIC CUTTING STATION. God I wish I was exaggerating. It stands to reason that SCISSORS, is one of only TWO THINGS that are a necessity at the fabric cutting station. Scissors and a ruler. That's LITERALLY all you need. That associate walks away, and so do we. Time to check out. Lines are moving SLOW, but still LIGHT YEARS faster than Burlington. I get to the register, and have a coupon. The cashier doesn't know how to enter the coupon, so she calls over a manager. After a nice back and forth, the manager tells the cashier to enter the coupon as a check. "Ok, your total comes to $115.98." Me: "um....did you put the coupon in?" Oops. After all that, she STILL didn't enter the coupon. Ugh. Seriously, I wish I could stop shopping at Walmart, and I can't wait for the day they go out of business. I was at Target in Mt. Laurel the other day, and I was GOBSMACKED at how nice it was inside. This Walmart is actually one of the nicer ones in the area, and it is still pure, unadulterated s**** The ONLY thing keeping it from being 1-star is that it actually IS one of the nicer Walmarts, and they have TWO self checkout sections, (with working registers, unlike Burlington) so I've never had to wait long in line. Today was probably the longest I've ever waited, and it was because I was using the coupon that I HAD to go to a cashier for. Other than that though, this place can eat one.

This is a great Walmart it's very clean compared to other Walmarts and everything is organized. I've read a lot of negative comments about this Walmart on yelp and I am amazed people think they deserve customer service hello it's Walmart it's like going camping out in the middle of nowhere and being pissed off that there isn't a valet you can't be serious.People that leave negative comments on here and they're a bunch of spoiled bitching brats. Walmart has great prices that's all I care about and I don't care if I don't get customer service it's not Neiman Marcus or Barneys! Lol!

Absolute worst experience shopping at a Walmart, which is really saying something. Their extremely rude staff has created a shopping experience that was so overwhelmingly negative that I genuinely hope this location gets shut down. If 0 stars was an option I would pick it. I understand that it's a Walmart, I shouldn't expect the world, but that's the thing, this review is from the perspective of someone who wasn't expecting anything and was still disappointed.

Shoped at the cinnaminson nj location today 7/20 at 1pm In the lawn and garden check out was the most rude cashier I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with verbally abusive and disrespectful. To top it off I go out to my car and the exhaust was cut out in the course of 35min. This trip to Walmart cost me $400 went back in the store for a manager and not one would come to the counter.

I'm comparing my experience here with the ones I used to get whenever I went to the Walmart by me in philly ( and every Walmart in philly is a nightmare ) so for me this Is heaven on earth- it's never crowded when we go and I don't really have any problems it always has everything I want so I'm not sure if it's just because I'm used to so much LESS or why exactly I think of it as a 4 star Walmart where most posters here are giving it one star , regardless I love it A+++ for me!!

So, yes its now a "Super" Walmart with groceries and fresh foods, etc. The worst part is the deli section never has anything ready or made. For example you want fried chicken? Well its never there. You want rotisserie chicken? Nope never ready. Take home fresh pizza? The case is empty all day... You need paint mixed? Forget it, you will be lucky to ever find anyone that actually works in the paint department. Need spray paint? Nope its locked in a case and again nobody to be found. Parking is insane, the parking lot is ridiculously designed. And of course the tip of the iceberg is the old receipt check at the door..Nothing like shopping at a store that thinks everyone is a thief.

I will never again go to this Walmart in my entire life. They never have anything I need, their service is horrible and today I didn't have an item I payed for when I got home. This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to and I refuse to go here ever again. I slightly hope one day they close down and hire new management!

It's Wal-Mart. This location is getting better with having more registers open which makes checking out obviously a little less frustrating. Plenty of parking, handicap and otherwise. Sam's club has station in front does not require membership and is always cheaper than the other stations in the area. Right now they are renovating and expanding so the garden center area is gone for now.
