Very kind people. One day I had to withdraw some money and my card was stuck at the atm machine But it was already closing time for them even though it was late one team member came outside and helped me to get my card from the machine. Also he even helped for me to download and how to use mobile app/ Apple Pay. I had my card on Apple Pay now I know how to use for the ATM machine also. That day he really saved my day. So thank you

Irresponsible bank. I will close my account, after 8 year. Theys ALWAYS make mistake, they hold check, money, everything. I deposit 650$ in cash, and I the machine get stuck and my money never come to my account.I've heard several stories of them doing this to other customers

I am from Texas, and had a major problem with a hacker who tried to hack into my account from Nigeria. With the huge help from the Branch Manager Elizabeth Naughton and Senior Advisor Tyler Richards, we got it taken care of as quickly as humanly possible ? They are really great people and made this problem seem very personal and took charge to get it rectified the right way.... They are really God sent folks!

My Brother passed and had his safe deposit with them.With me being power if attorney got so much run around mentally losing my brother and the way me and my family was treated and the hassle they put us through.Still not resolved

Branch manager was unfriendly and unprofessional. She was almost purposely unfriendly because she didn't like all the customers inside the actual bank and wanted to clear it out. She was tired and lazy. Terrible branch for appointments, the teller service is ok.

I went in with a booked appointment and they would not assist me. I waited and arrived on time the lobby was empty. Instead of assisting us they let us walk out the door. The person even said “they did this to us again” that there are two separate systems etc. For my first impression this was unacceptable considering that I worked in finance myself, it was beyond me.

Would not Recommend this Wells Fargo location for account opening or Commercial/Business accounts. They are not knowledgeable & provide you with false info. Don't waste your time putting in an appointment online because you'll receive a confirmation that'll be sent to you and Josefina (banker) but somehow she will not get the confirmation email and when you call to confirm the appointment there was never an appointment set up on her side. Supposedly if someone is on the phone making the appointment with them it will override your online appointment & completely erase it... Next, she told me that To open a business account the certificate of formation has to have the business address where it's operating from, which in the state of NJ that is not correct (you can use a registered agent if you don't want your address publicized). She refused to let me use my office address which I have a lease agreement & business license for, because the address isn't on the formation. I called 2 other Wells Fargo locations and they told me the info she gave was incorrect & all WF locations are able to open the account as long as I have documentation that contains proof of address. I also didn't have this issue with BOA & so if you don't want to have to change your formation paperwork then go to a different WF location or another bank.

During the COVID19 lockdown 3 lanes were available for drive thru. I was #2 in lane one. Two cars were in lane 2 and lane 3. So six cars in three lanes waiting for 9am. I waited 14 minutes for the gal in front of me to do 4 transactions. Four times the tube was used. This is a disgrace. Meanwhile the other lines are buzzing by. My time is money. But I have no recourse other than a 1 star Yelp review. Don't you hate when that happens? Don't you feel like rioting and cursing and defacing the building? But being civilized we just take it. How to correct this mismanaged problem? No more than 2 times pumping the tube through. After that you must go around to either the back of the line or bank personnel come out to your car like a McDonalds. Another way to correct this chronic problem that affects all businesses with customer lines is to create ONE LINE ONLY and as one of the three tellers becomes available you proceed. A true FIRST COME FIRST SERVED SYSTEM! But nothing ever changes in this god forsaken country and if it does it's usually bad.
