All I can say is that when they charge .25 to put ketchup on a sandwich and then .75 to put onions on the same sandwich, this would be the last place i will ever go to eat

1st time back since NEW ONWERS took over. I'm not IMPRESSED ordered take-out and I'm very specific in my ordering. Orderslip verified it. My Cajun chicken sandwich was completely wrong. I suggest that they pay attention to the the young people they hire. For the new increase in min. Wage the service is less then exceptable. My suggestion is to remind the youth of the fact that they're to serve the public with appreciation for the public's value of a doller, and that they draw a paycheck through my ordering of dinner.

Four of us shared dinner here on a week night - each of us for the first time. Apparently the new ownership has completely changed the quality of the food, based upon the positive reviews I read two months when this dinner date was set up.I had the pasta entree with marinara sauce, shrimp and scallops - one of their most expensive entrees on the menu. The sauce was tasty. My penne pasta was only partially cooked. There were only 4 shrimp (they were ok). There were no real scallops, just some coin-shaped, flat objects which were unrecognizable as food. This entree wasn't worth half of the cost. They didn't serve decaf coffee - seriously??Our server was friendly.Parking in front of the building since it is in a strip-mall environment.

They're under new ownership, and it's not an improvement.First, the good news: The magical garlic knots remain. Now, the less good news. The pasta e fagioli is flavorless, and my chicken florentine was not as advertised (white wine sauce with a touch of marinara- was the inverse in reality, which is ok... just say so). Both pieces of chicken were pounded (yay) but neither was seasoned and one was inedible. My sister liked her Italian chicken panini (which was simply a sandwich served on ciabatta, not a grilled panini, but I digress), and her husband enjoyed his veal parm sandwich. To add insult to injury, the seat of the booth was torn and had clearly had duct tape on it recently... and was sticky as you slid over it. (Duct tape was no longer there, just the adhesive and a massive cut in the seat.)I wonder if the upside-down pizza is still as fabulous as it used to be, but I'm not sure I'm willing to risk it.FYI, when eating in-house, two sets of prices are listed: one for cash and one for credit.

Wary of new ownership. We have been long time Cinnaminson residents and have visited Zios many time throughout the years. The bolognese is one of my husbands fave meals! We were excited to try the new menu and meet new owners. After placing a pickup order though slice on Google, we were told our order did not exist. We were informed we probably went to the former site and placed it incorrectly. We showed the staff how we placed the order and they confirmed it was the right site. However, even after this we were expected to replace and repay for our entire order. We understand that things happen but it was very disappointing to be chastised and not assisted in anyway.

Our server was wonderful, welcoming, knowledgeable, happy, helpful, attentive and kind. The menu choices were vast, the prices good- especially for the size of each order.Six of us ordered different things and we all liked our food and beverages.

Here’s the thing. We live in a country full of overweight slobs. Stop trying to force feed everyone French Fries. If people order a sandwich from here, you charge an extra $2 to sub fries for a “side salad”. The salad is a few pieces of iceberg lettuce and croutons. I don’t mind paying extra but that’s not a salad.

New Ownership - a dis-appointment. Servers very nice but don't kjnow the food when asked questions - have to go in the back and get the answer. I got special described as pork chops, mashed potato asparagus - asked ir rib or loin chop - owner had to come out to tell me boneless pork loin. Ordered it - underseasonsed, mashed were watery and underseasonsed, 4 spears of asparagus which the tips were not whole ( as when asparagus tips rot and you take the tips off), char grilled - a garlic cream sauce which again was lifless - mash on top of asparaaaaaaug pork on top of mash - presented like 15 years ago - restarants dont stack food anymore and I certainly would not have ordered had I known the food was stacked on each other - gave it to owner to send back - never asked if wanted something else to replace. Overpriced at 27.00. Partner order what was described as jumbo lump crab over past. Was NOT jumbo lump - lump at best - gray in color. Marinara was good, pasta cooked al dente - not much crab for a price of 31.00 and again not jumbo lump. A dis appointing dinner and overpriced for what they gae. Long hot app was good. Much better options in the area for a better price and better meal. Also they have a credit card fee. Total bill for two was 75.00 for dinner plus tip - again overpriced for what you get.
