I went there to buy boxes and thus staff start to speak Spanish with when I spoke English and let her know that my language is not that I felt very uncomfortable but I really really the boxes but the staff very rude

Never knew this u-Haul location was so close and has an abundance of vehicles ready at all times. The connected U-Haul storage facility is just an added bonus to the excellent service and friendly staff working. ?????

Said they had no trailers I showed up and there was several. They do this with many customers because they get to busy and don't want people coming in. I guess it's a understaffing issue.
