I don’t live locally. I recently needed funeral flowers and came upon CL Florist by chance. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was so pleased with the wreath. It was just beautiful. I have recommended them to everyone I know that lives in the area.

I have used them for just about every occassion and always been so pleased with the arrangements that were sent.Their flowers are always fresh and beautful. Staff there is always so helpful in helping you choose the right flowers. Would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day , paid Over $100 for them to find out 3 days before my order was to delivered that it wouldn't be until following weekend. I canceled my order and they never sent my refund. Definitely not trust worthy.

I ordered a corsage for my niece and paid and extra 9.99 for delivery. I was told it would be delivered by noon of the day of her prom. At noon I called and asked about it, and was told it was on the road. At about one they called me and weren’t sure about the address, which I clarified with them. Although nobody else has ever had an issue with her address. At 3:08 it still wasn’t delivered, I called various times but they were already closed. I ran out and ordered one from another florist which graciously made one for me last minute. My niece left her house after 5 to do usual pre-prom photoshoot and the corsage still wasn’t there. At about 6:30 my cousin went back home finally saw it delivered at the doorstep, which means they didn’t deliver it until after 5 at best by6:30. We took it back the next day unopened since clearly it was delivered at a useless time, but they told us to call back on Monday, since the manager wasn’t there. I wasn’t able to call before 3 until Tuesday. Again they told me the that the manager was out and would call me back. I called again two hours later and they said the manager never came back and they would call me back. Not only was their delivery service terrible, but their customer service is also awful. My niece lives in the next town over in Cranford, 5 minutes away. There’s really no excuse for their overall awful service.

Absolutely horrible experience. My wife and I attempted to have flowers delivered to my mother, as this would be the first Mother's Day since the passing of my father. The delivery was initially supposed to be either the Saturday directly before Mother's Day or on the holiday itself, however the evening before the status on the delivery said "Delivery Attempted", but a reattempt would be performed the next day. No one reached out to confirm if there was a change in address (although there was not).That following Sunday (Mother's Day) to play it safe we contacted 1800Flowers customer support around 1pm (as all our other delivers were completed by that time) and the customer support staff stated that they would reach out to the florist. They also said that the florist said there was a delivery attempt and that the provided address was "incorrect". We explained that not only was the address entered correctly, but that we have sent several delivers to this address before from 1800Flowers without incident. This address has been in existence for over 30 years so that should not have been an issue. We were then informed that we had until 8:00pm for delivery.Unfortunately, the timeline of 8:00pm came and went without any update/notification from the florist. We once again reached out to 1800Flowers customer service who stated that they were unable to provide an explanation for why the florist did not deliver and offered their apologies and issued a refund. While the customer service from 1800Flowers main support was great, the fraudulent attempt at explaining a faux delivery from the florist was horrible. I would never recommend using them as they clearly do not take their dedication to their customers seriously. Also, while we understand there has been an "extraordinary amount of Mother's Day orders", this order was placed 3-4 weeks ago so there was more than enough time to have it prepared.

Wow, wow, wow.I used to order flowers from here many years ago, but they are getting worst than ever. I paid $67 for small bouquet while customer next to me paid $65 for flowers in a vase. You can get much nicer flowers for that price and flowers are much fresher. I will never ever again come to this place. I don’t mind to spend money on beautiful flowers , but not for small bouquet and half dead flowers. It’s a disgrace.No, I didn’t get the wrong shop. I used to shop here often for past 10 years and since about 4 years ago this business is not what it used to be . Just check flowers you have in your store today on February 11th,2022

my fiance placed an order for flowers to be delivered today. called the store which they said they would deliver by 2pm. the store closes at 1pm. 2pm comes no flowers delivered. called over and over again no answer. called 1800 flowers to which they say there is no order at all through them. finally a delivery driver comes at 445 with a horrible version of the 120 dollars with 24 roses squished together. I ask him repeatedly to call his boss. that the delivery was supposed to be earlier which he refused over and over again and said he does not have too. instead he puts in I refused the flowers and refused to give his name and jump in his car and sped off. do not recommend this store at all.

Flowers are beautiful, but there computer was having problems which took extra time to check out and it took approximately 30 minutes to get my flowers prepared. I was disappointed in the service.

Thank you 1-800-Flowers for taking my money and wasting my time and patience. I ordered flowers as a gift for Mother's Day and you send me a very deceptive email stating that my flowers were delivered on 5/8/2021, which was later confirmed to have never happened. I then had to contact your company to identify what was happening to be told that not only was my delivery not made, but I get the lovely news of finding out that you took it upon yourself to reschedule it for 5/11/2021. I cancelled the order right then and there and requested a refund. I was told that all of this was taken care of. Fast forward to today 5/11/2021. I get another email stating my delivery is in transit. I get the lovely task of speaking to your customer service department who doesn't understand a word that I'm saying also very frustrating. I discovered not only was my refund processed but I was then told that in order to begin the process I would have to have the recipient refuse the delivery and then call back again to initiate a refund. Wow!!!!!!!! Very convenient, thanks for taking my hard earned money and then wasting my time afterward!!!!!!!

In the past 2 months I hae ordered from 1800flowers, once through Shari's berries and the other 1-800Flowers. Neither purchase arrived on the day or even near the day expected. The Berries were supposed to be next day air to the a family member, when they didn't arrive I told them and they took 2 more days to get a replacement box of chocolate covered strawberries. The worst part is the origianl package arrive 5 days later pretty disgusting having spent 7 days in shipping. The 2nd incident was a same day delivery of flowers. I ordered specifially because they were listed in the same day delivery category. I received a call a few hours later tellling me they couldn't get delivered that same day. Of course it was too late by then to call a local florist so the date was missed. The weirdest part is the next day (Friday) I checked if they would be delivered, they told me yes, on the next Tuesday. The same day flower order on Thursday of one week, couldn't be delivered until the Tuesday of the next week....in what book is that same day. If you can't deliver don't take the order. BTW: I would prefer to give them ZERO stars but that is not possible.

Horrible is all I can say. Ordered a set of lovely lavender medley flowers online and what I got delivered was not close to that. The flowers were half dead. I called customer service and asked them to deliver me the right flowers. The second set of flowers were not only also not close to what I ordered, but were even worse than the first. Delivery service was good, but the flower arrangements no. I am very disappointed and irritated and would give zero stars if I could.
