“Was in watching area and went to this old navy to buy some formal/semi formal dress for my son: nice location. Right on rt 22.. lots of other stores in this location. Target , home goods etc .
We liked the shirts .. but not many colors or options . They just had a white and blue shirt . No other colors ! Pant quality was good though. Service was ok .. billing was quick. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Love Abercrombie .. my kids love it . A little expensive than other brands , but very comfortable . It also lasts long . Sometimes even after 4-5 years , it still looks new . Conveniently located within jersey garden mall. Service could be better . Billing is slow. . Hope they can improve on that .. overall a good experience”

I have several children, and when they are super young, they rapidly go through clothes, therefore to have a second hand thrift shop to get clothes that are barely used, essentially brand new, and super inexpensive, is a really wonderful benefit.
They keep their clothes clean, they do their best at organization, they are usually quite friendly, they have neat sales and discounts quite regularly, the selections are usually fairly good and reliable through about 5 to 6 years old at least.
One thing though: there never seem to be many pajamas, barely any in fact. I've always wondered why.”

“Kevin that worked on Thurs May 4th was amazing and patient. I found what I needed as per his suggestions. The employees are all great all the time. Management should enforce a uniform like policy...I'm seeing different brands being worn by all three of the cashiers....they are all professional and friendly...BUT of the hoodies brandishes the word HEN with a NY symbol....I pray it's not for Hennesy...which I drink once in a while BUT is not cool AT ALL for the Gap. Sorry...but no.”
“I’ve been going to this mall for many years. Typical Jersey mall with Jersey people. Some consider us rude, but others that know better know that we’re just no nonsense, direct people. That goes for the staff of the most of the stores as well. However, the customer service that I received in Nautica was by far some of the best I’ve experienced in any retail clothing store in NJ. All of the employees were friendly, even though the store was busy. The store manager, Saira, wasn’t delegating to her employees like you see in so many other stores. She was out greeting customers, folding clothes, and assisting with a big smile on her face. She asked me multiple times if I needed help, and even decided to discount some of my clothes that I was purchasing because of a sale that just lapsed. It’s customer service like this that sets certain stores apart from the rest. Not to mention, I’ve been wearing Nautica clothing since the 90s. For a great clothing line, exceptional customer service and notable price breaks, Nautica in Jersey Gardens is the spot. Five stars.”
“Normally stop in this location when I visit this mall and I was surprised at the amount of discounted items for the weekend. It marks the beginning of the end for summer but also a great opportunity to snag a few last minute vacation items.
The store was organized for the amount of clearance items available but did not disappoint.”
“Javi was Amazing??? to the highest point! Our 1st encounter with him when we entered was him helping us to find sweat suits in my son’s size. My son in the mist of trying on school clothes left his phone and Javi found it and locked it up….. I must came back to the store 3 times asking 3 different associates to no avail. Not sure if all hope was lost I came back a 4th time and saw Javi who with a big smile said Yes I have it locked up! What a relief for both my son and myself. He was attentive and caring and I appreciate that so much. Thanks again Javi!!”

Yolanda is who first helped me 6 years ago and I always ask for her till this day. She's so warm and on the rare occasion I bring both my girls she's incredibly welcoming to them too. “The black female manager there at the Gap in Westfield who goes by Rita was incredibly helpful, & so customer oriented, also the sales person working with her! They were FABULOUS & would get so many more stars if possible for being so nice, & extremely helpful! Great team work besides the store being very clean! Again I was so happy that this manager even reminded me about my points when I was ready to make my purchases! This doesn't happen often, so I wanted to jump for joy! In the past I worked at Saks, & especially when I was employed by Nordstroms I was nominated quite a few times & won for going above, & beyond with clients, & won the ALL Star award so I know all about customer service! “There is a variety of clothing and uniforms and in many sizes, in different brands and also in different styles and fabrics.I must also say that they have very good prices....I have bought some things for myself there, but although there is a variety of children's clothing of all ages, I did not find anything in Husky sizes for my son. He is chubby and wears 18H clothing, but the other children's sizes range from 0 which is baby.Everything is in regular sizes, nothing Slim or Husky for children.There are offers and they also have promotions in each section.The women's section is very large”
